This older family owned motel is very pleasant, tidy, well kept grounds, centrally located and reasonably priced. Discount for cash. We had a first floor non smoking room with a queen bed, small table & 2 chairs. Older furnishings and bathroom fixtures, very clean. 2 bath towels, 3 hand towels, 2 washcloths. Small fridge, no microwave. There is a room...

So, it is a motel. But for a motel, it is very clean, the owners were extremely nice and helpful. Wifi was okay for streaming audio but not video. Air conditioner worked really well. For the price, you can't go wrong with this place compared to many motels that we have stayed at which were horrendous. Would stay here again.

Stayed two nights and extremely impressed. We were visiting family in campground and just needed good place to sleep. I told the owner we would arrive late, so she told us our room number and left the light on. Room was basic and super clean. Beds were wonderful. Coffee and Danish available in office in morning. Reasonable prices. Will be...

at the last minute we decided to go to Ludington. My husband called a few motels and came across this one. We decided to take it as our other option had terrible reviews. What I liked best was the staff, they were awesome! the first night we stayed in one of the newer more updated rooms though the second night...

Let me start by saying I'd stay here again. The location is good, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was reasonably priced and clean. Everything in the room worked very well, bed was comfortable and pillow was very good (somewhat of a rarity when traveling)! Towels were provided for wiping down motorcycles which was a nice...

When I am in Ludington this is my motel of choice to stay at. The rooms are clean and cozy, close to downtown Ludington and the beaches, but most importantly for me, close to the SS Badger, as I usually arrive in town on the ferry.

Under new ownership and you can tell they have worked hard to take care of this town friendly motel. The room I had reserved was not available when we arrived and had to stay in a smaller room and smaller bed. But the next day the fella called to say he had found our original reservation & apologized & they...

Have stayed at this motel for decades. Lovely couple ran it thus always wanted to give them my business when in the area. The older couple retired and turned the business over to their sad sack of a son. You are greeted with signs on the door on fluorescent paper cut into huge exploding star shapes of "No Pets' and...

Nothing fancy, but a nice clean place to stay. Everything was kept up showing pride in the place. A good value when all you want is a place to sleep for the night. No pool, but the rooms were in good shape.

We have stayed here many times in the past and were not disappointed this time! It is a simple place but the beds are comfortable, everything is clean and the owners are wonderful people who really make you feel welcome.
