Very clean room which I thought was well furnished though the quirky style might not be to everyone's taste. There was a seat for the bath and grab rails though it was a relatively high step over the side of the bath. Excellent shower with lots of hot water. Efficient

I did not see dogs at the motel when I was there, I would call directly to the motel. It's safer to speak to them personally then have your dog rejected at the check in counter.

I believe check in is 3:00 and check out is 11:00. Those times to be the same at most hotels.
