10 minutes to walk to Arnold and Star lines, 15-20 to Shepherd. You buy tickets at each line, not hotel. Plus, based on my experience, even if you can buy tickets at a hotel, this hotel either doesn't offer them or won't volunteer the info. Just a mini fridge and coffee pot in the room. I don't remember if there was a microwave.
