When travelling through the U.P. of MI make Blue Ridge B@B in Marquette your overnight or two a must to stay. You will find it very delightful--quiet, not the usual noises of traffic, doors banging, loud voices, bright city lights, etc. When you arrive you'll be greeted by a most accommodating hostess who will not only serve a break- fast...

What a wonderful experience we had at this B & B! Daphne was delightful. We awoke to her playing the piano and singing to us followed by an amazing breakfast of homemade applesauce, Blueberry Buckle and a Finnish Pannukkau breakfast pastry with a divine Blueberry sauce. She was so cute, she even offered to refund $10 of our stay because...

A fascinating home, very clean and well-appointed rooms, comfy beds. Daphne is a tour guide in disguise! She announces the morning from her piano with a few songs she sings. Breakfast was delicious and she shares recipes.

My husband and I stayed two nights here and we were so glad that we did. Daphne was such a lovely lady and welcomed us into her home like family. We stayed in the Rose Room and the bed was THE most comfortable bed that I've ever slept in. The only thing that got me out of it in the...

Daphne treated us with punch and cookies. She told us all about the area. Great homemade food and very clean, tucked in a beautiful neighborhood. She has three guest rooms, we stayed in the antique room. Very comfortable and cozy. I want to go back.

Bad news indeed. Received written confirmation for two out of the three bedrooms. When we arrived after long trip, the innkeeper announced that she had only booked one bedroom. The second was for a neighbor traveling with us to attend a mutual friend´s wedding. The innkeeper offer totally unacceptable solutions, like the neighbor sleeping with us! After much discussion, innkeeper...

Daphne welcomed us to her house, tucked in a nice neighborhood, with cookies and punch. The house was quiet and clean. We walked through the flower garden and enjoyed a quiet room and comfy bed. We woke to piano music before our filling breakfast. A nice change from the hotels in Marquette. $122.65 per night 8/2015

When we arrived, we were greeted by Daphne with rhubarb juice and cookies. She told us about the area and gave us suggestions for things to do. Breakfast was unbelievable! Everything is homemade and delicious. She even gave us some blueberry buckle "for the road." We stayed in the Fireside Room, which was very comfortable. We woke to Daphne's "alarm...

Daphne was absolutely wonderful! When we arrived, she welcomed us with refreshing glasses of delicious rhubarb juice. She then she offered many helpful suggestions of places we should check out, in and around Marquette. All were excellent choices and we had a nice drive around Presque Isle Park, dinner at Vierlin, and a short evening walk on Sugarloaf Mountain. Suggestions:...
