Great staff, very helpful in reception particularly. Thank you Ahmed , Fathi and Radwa, . The resturant served good local fare for breakfast by cheerful staff. The beach and sea was kept clean and the attendants were v good. The building decor and fixtures was looking a little tired , as it was getting near end of season, no doubt they will refurb during winter.

I really wanted to thank each & every person of Beau site hotel staff. It was amazing experience, staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean specially we went at corona time its was hard decision-to travel to any place through the pandemic situation but hotel was so clean & they were always checking guests temperature, hand sanitizers everywhere. Food & restaurant was amazing. Beach best beach ever. Thanks again for best & safe vacation! I highly recommend the hotel for all guests its safe & clean.

Last time I have been in this hotel may be 20 years ago it was not like this it was more clean beach clean daily cleaning the beach and removing any trash from the sea water .Now I will give him 2 star hotel the way and the communication skills at reception was very poor this the first time being in a hotel where the rooms are empty no bottles of water no cattle to make tea no shampoo at the bathroom nothing.At the beach there are plastic chairs and when you ask for shezlong you will bay extra 50 LE for the first time in my life in a hotel.The restaurant and food is poor in variety and quality senior staff not dressing a uniform they looks ugly handling food . This my last time to be here definitely i will not coming back and goodbye to the good memories i still holding for this place. …

My wife and I accepted to check in the only available room in the ground floor for one night till a suite becomes available , per the reception desk. That was a poor small room, no kettle, no iron, uncomfortable matress and improperly maintained room. Half an hour after check in, a hotel staff popped into the room very comfortably as if he was used to it. Looked like the room was being used by the staff already! We decided to leave immediately because of the completely unprofessional, inconsiderate staff behaviour. While talking to the manager before leaving, he surprisingly, offered us another room! They, dishonestly, informed us before there were no available rooms other than the one they gave us. During the issue, the front desk staff were not caring nor professional. They left us waiting long for the manager to be on phone. Then, when I asked when is the manager expected on the phone, they said he was coming in person. They didn't care to help or confort their client. If you wish to be accomodated in an unsafe place, be treated unprofessionally, discriminated against and pay more for less than what you get, Beau-site is your optimum choice بعد أن ارتضيت و زوجتي بالإقامة في غرفة فقيرة المستوى بدعوى موظفة الاستقبال بعدم توفر غرف غيرها فوجئنا بأحد عمال الفندق يفتح باب الغرفة و كأنه داخل حمام بيتهم. قررنا ترك الفندق فورا. و خلال خروجنا لم يكن تصرف موظفي الاستقبال على القدر الكافي من المهنية و لا اعتبار تهدئة العميل. و عندما تحدثنا مع المدير فوجئنا بعرضه غرفة أخرى غير تلك التي أعطونا إياها مما يعني أنهم خدعونا أولا بإعطائنا غرفة حقيرة غالبا كان يستخدمها عمال الفندق استخداما شخصيا على ما يبدو و مقابل مبلغ كبير مع العلم أنها لا تحتوي أي مميزات و ضيقة. الخلاصة إذا كنت من محبي تعذيب الذات ففندق البوسيت هو اختيارك الأمثل…

It is my favorite hotel in Matrouh. It is old built in the sixties but well maintained and well kept. The location is perfect that you can manage with no car. Personnel are very professional and friendly. I have enjoyed its clean and private beach and the amazing turquoise sea water . The food is the greatest ,excellent chefs and the logistics of seating at the restuarant are perfect. I have yried the spa and it was much much better than spas i have tried Europe and prices were reasonable.
