It is surprising to see the negative comments on this lovely property run by the NWR which had nothing in common with the NWR place we stayed in Okakeujo. We thought it was heaven. The place is very vertical--you have to park your car at the bottom. A lovely man came right away in a super golf cart to take...

We would recommend other travellers to stay only one night instead of the two we are staying. The camp is stunning, perched on a hill above the far western plateau of Etosha. We saw a lot of wildlife, the most amazing of which was a family of elephants waking us up from an afternoon nap by making noises outside our...

Slightly above average. This is a government run camp in the National Park. They claim to have wifi but we couldn't even get email--Pretty much a joke. Camp is on the top of a dolomite ridge and any walk up is very steep as are the interior trails to the widely dispersed chalets. They do offer pick up and drop...

We stayed here for one night. The tents all have beautiful views of the plain, and you can see animals coming and going. I gave this an average rating because, we had three rooms for our group, and they all had various things wrong with them, ours had problems with the doors to the balcony, and the others had broken...

Dolomite Camp is a relatively new addition to accommodation in Etosha National Park with a stunning location on a high ridge overlooking a waterhole below. We had an excellent game experience, particularly with waterhole visits where we saw large numbers of animals and birds coming in to drink. However, the accommodation and service was below expectations with chalets poorly maintained...

From the time we hooted the horn numerous times to be picked up then greeted by a sullen receptionist ir was downhill all the way even though we were going up the hill. The cabin next to us was being refurbished so noise of machinery until 5PM - no relaxation on arrival . As the cool night was closing in...

We stayed for 4 nights and it was just amazing. The view is absolutely stunning and the game what we saw walking past from our balcony was mind-blowing. The Accommodation is beautiful and we will definitely come back very soon. Unfortunately the management is very poor and the staff rather unfriendly - this should improve.

Absolutely gorgeous location and facilities but completely undermined by poor management, maintenance and service. Staff were uninterested and sullen, food was not bad but absolutely not worth the money ($N230). They haven't got the basics right- e.g a lovely teapot in room, but no kettle. Balcony glass doors were cracked all over and simply covered with duct tape rather than...

Beautiful location. The camp is set on a hillside and chalet balconies look out over the park. We spent an afternoon watching animals through binoculars. Chalets are large and well equipped. Downside was long walk or taking a buggy too and from dining room and somewhat indifferent food.
