We were greeted by the very exuberant Marco on arrival complete with nice cool towels and a welcome drink. The service provided by Marco, Grace and the rest of the team was excellent that they went out of their way to ensure our stay was faultless. The food including afternoon teas was wonderful and service in the dining area was...

I'll be totally honest, my expectation levels for our two-night stay at Little Ongarva were pretty high, in hindsight probably too high. I'd read countless reviews from visitors praising its exclusivity, quality of service, the food, amazing views so it had a lot to live up to. Yes, the welcome from Grace was lovely, cold towels and a refreshing drink....

Exclusive 3 villa lodge where we stayed in the second one. We were picked up at the airstrip only 10 minutes away from the lodge. Welcomed by Marco and Tobias, the manager & food and beverage manager. After a welcome drink, Marco presented us the villa. So far so good. In the late afternoon, we made a trip through Ongava...

Located in the private Ongava concession next to the huge Etosha National Park , little Ongava promises a intimate premium experience, however, we were not wow by the service delivered . Arrival : we were taken by the manager at the airstrip to the lodge located in a prominent hilltop position, little Ongava has only 3 units but the Ongava...

Two nights here - nowhere near enough. This was the outstanding place that we stayed in Namibia, and with just three (massive) chalets its personal service to the extreme in luxurious surroundings. Blommie and Tobias made sure we were totally pampered throughout, with lovely lunches and evening meals to the backdrop of a waterhole where we saw Black Rhinos, Lions,...

Little Ongava was the last of 4 lodges we visited in Namibia. It was the best run and most beautiful of all the lodges. The Villas are spacious with all the luxury you can wish for. We were totally spoilt in terms of what we were looking for from our stay at the lodge. The Manager, Marco, personalised our stay...

The accomodations are so beautiful and there was just not enough time to enjoy it! We should have stayed 5 nights instead of three. This might be the most luxurious place I have ever stayed. Very romantic. Service was excellent, wildlife viewing wonderful, especially the hide. This would be a fabulous honeymoon spot. Stay a day longer than you planned...

We spend three nights at Little Ongava earlier this month. It was beyond our expectations in every way. Our guide Teacher was amazing in his knowledge about the area, and his ability to spot game. Our first evening we had sundowners with two rhino's and it just got better and better. The food was outstanding, actually the best that we...

After just returning from an amazing 3 week trip throughout Africa, I feel the need to rate and review all the places my partner and I stayed at throughout our trip. Little Ongava unfortunately was the least favourite of all 5 lodges we stayed at yet ironically it was one of the most expensive. But first lets talk about all...

We spoiled ourselves with three nights in this wonderful place and from the moment we arrived were thoroughly spoiled! The accommodation is superb! The three chalets are built into the rocks on the hillside above the main Ongava Lodge, looking down on the floodlit waterhole and the plains beyond, and each is totally private. The entrance to the chalet is...
