Good rooms, services, food, laundry, bike and motorbike rental as well as a bakery. Only very minor downsides - the cockerel at 5:30am,; persistent Akha traders but these don't dent the place. Opposite the night market for really good cheap food if a traveller:tourist enclave gets a bit much. Well placed for trekking agencies

We stayed two nights in all at this Guesthouse, although the rooms were clean and quiet, they were for the price nothing more, nothing less. One was given the impression from most of the staff that you were more of a hassle than anything else. A tip which I found out was to check that you get the right amount...

Just arrived from china by bus and walked to this guesthouse because of their previous reviews. We asked for a room and were told that no rooms are available so we had to go to the next guestouse which is not a problem since lots of great guesthouses are near side by side. After we were told there were no...

Great location. On the main street but just a bit away so more quiet. Next to restaurants. In front of the night market. Great room. Good wifi. Balcony. You can rent motorcycle or bikes. Good restaurant. Great croissants.

We enjoyed our stay here ....the staff was beyond helpful in arranging tours, giving advice and welcoming us with a big, warm smile each morning. The rooms were basic but clean. We had a room with a balcony which we enjoyed, except when the motor bikes and tuck tucks came in. The breakfast was good. One word of caution ...the bathroom floor...

Just far enough off the main road to be quiet. We had the VIP rooms! Very large with comfy double and single beds and big balcony. Wet room a nice idea but would be better if water pressure and heat was more reliable. Just ok to remove grime from sweaty trek. Good breakfasts. 2 gripes - 'ethnic' lady hawkers almost...

I stayed here twice while traveling to and from Muang Sing. On the first visit I booked a room in the "new building" on their website for $25 USD which was the same price offered on Booking.com. This price included breakfast which happens to be very good at this guest house. On my way back from Muang Sing I just...

Stayed here 2 nights. Room clean and big but pretty basic for the price. Sheet had blood stains, was changed with disdain on request. Service perfunctory, only 1 guy out of about 8 seems to know what is going on. Got them to do washing, had to send back 3 times! to get dry. Staff argued was dry but we're...

We spend 3 nights in this nice guesthouse : welcoming people, clean and wooden room, quiet and with little outside place to relax. The location is good, and you can have a good breakfast in the restaurant. They also organise bus, taxi and you can rent bicycles. We had a great time here.

I arrived late in the evening, staff were off-hand and unhelpful. I asked to book the airconditioned minivan to Houi Xai. They charged me more than 2 times the cost of the local bus, insisted that I be ready to leave at 7.45 am. They then transfered me via local pickup to the bus station for the local bus which...
