It's not an old nor historic building but it's comfortable and affordable as well. We booked a deluxe room for 4 pax and it was really spacious with comfortable matresses and clean linens. The bathroom was also clean. They dont offer breakfast but you can get it in nearby local restos. It's within the city center just a block away...

Our family of 8 adults and 3 kids booked accommodations here, trust basis only and no need for downpayment to reserve. The staff called me 2x on our agreed date of arrival to check our room preference and time of arrival. Room is 500/head, discounted at 400/head for senior citizens and free of charge for kids below 6. I like...

I book a solo room here at Hem. I was assigned at Room 21. It was very clean, neat, impressive, big for a solo room, with aircon, toilet, queen bed and soft pillow. However, i was dissappointed because toilet flush was not functioning, hot shower was not hot but just warm, and most importantly, aircon needs cleaning , it does'nt...

10 minutes from the Vigan Welcome Arc, the bus I rode to Ilocos stopped over that gave me my last opportunity to look into a place to stay. Coming from a client field exit at Urdaneta, I decided to detour over to Vigan so I did not have the time to prepare in advance. Luckily, HEM Apartelle's all-around staff personnel...

It was only about a block away from Calle Crisologo and we found it easy to go back and forth when we wanted to rest for a bit. There are no elevators, though, and getting to the topmost floor can get tiring because of the steep stairs, so I recommend asking for a room at the second floor. The employee...

Location is very good, it's a block away from Calle Crisologo and other attractions and a 5 minute tricycle ride away from Vigan Convention Center. The room we rented was a Family room with 4 beds (the 4th bed is a pull-out though) but a very good price of PhP500/night. The sheets are clean and the bed is comfortable, and...

We rented the dormitory type room with 3 double deck beds. My friends and I were so impressed with the bed quality as well as the pillows. 2 king sized high quality pillows on each bed, blanket, towels. The room has cabinets, an lcd tv, aircon and bathroom. It was a shame we were on such a hurry to get...

Location is close to several attractions within walking distance. Room wise is something like pension house, no toiletries are provided therefore pls bring your own one. Good for those travelling on tight budget.

...The room is very clean and all the pillows, blanket and towel were white and clean. There's a tv, a desk, and a closet too. I paid 600 pesos. The check in time is at 2pm until 12nn of next day...the only problem i had is with the shower because it's not working well but aside from that everything was...
