We are a family of 3 adults and a 5 year old. We travelled on the night train from Colombo and arrived at the hotel approximately 630am. We were all very tired. We had booked a four night in 2 deluxe rooms but as these rooms weren’t ready at no extra cost for our early arrival we were shown two chalets where we could rest. Eventually after looking at the deluxe rooms we were upgraded to two lovely rooms with a sea and beach view. They were spacious and comfortable. There was some question about breakfast which I thought I had booked but eventually this was included in the price of our stay. We left a day early due to torrential rain and no charge was made for our early departure. The staff were friendly and professional and went the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Easy access to the beach close by. The beach is littered with rubbish but that’s not the fault of the hotel just an observation. Special thanks go to MrThrepan the housekeeping supervisor and Mr A Tuan Ramshan the hotel manager. Thankyou . Great little cabin right on the beach. Good food and service as well. I was staying at another nearby spot and checked out early to check into JKAB. Fresh King Coconut water is a big bonus as well. My cabin was pretty much touching the perfect beach. Will be back.
Its nice view front of beach and rooms also good. Breakfast was awesome... many items to eat.... higly i recommend Pool view is nice Front view also good Friendly service Restaurant and food was good Family and couples will enjoy this place..
Staffs are well cooperated 👍. But, in the restaurant they have the menu, but don't know how to prepare food☹. Pool is not that much of clean. After check in to rooms if we complain they didn't come and see it. We were staying in 3 days. They issued the tea packs for 1 day only. I'm not satisfied and fed-up about this hotel. 😒
We went as a small group and place is Average good , beach is not clean lots of fisherman’s are really disturbing. Staff was not fluent and trained on there job , food are very spicy, water dispenser at the buffet was very bad taste .when we complained they didn’t accept. I was use room 121 . Room was ok, I will advice owner of this hotel to think seriously on your gusts and treat them well to get continue business. And they treated our drive very badly, but they promised during the booking. He missed some meals as well .
Our room, the pool, the people and the dinners were really great! Friendly staff treated us very well. The grounds are kept very well, we were within walking distance to stores to buy water and grocery items. All along the way we were greeted by happy smiling faces.
Its a beautiful place ! the room entrance were different with glass door and curtains . But there was no privacy , If you talk a bit louder then the other room can hear what you talk .. someone next to our room had switched on the tv in their room and it was so noisy in our room .. We couldnt sleep all night , that person had kept the tv switched on all night .. so noisy ! The room doesnt have a telephone , we cant contact reception too , no wifi facility . breakfast and dinner was really good but lunch was not tasty .. The same meat is being heated and kept . The crab we ate for dinner was kept for breakfast too ... The scenery and the environment was nice ! But no privacy .. rooms were medium sized ..we booked luxury rooms but still it was not big . As the room door was a glass door , we had to always be aware whether the curtain is closed because if the curtain is opened then the room is very well visible from out .. i dont recommend this place .. no privacy at all .. not peaceful too and no lift .. we had to always get on the stair case .. poor place…
Stayed for 1 night with the family. The room was really good. Neat environment. Food was ok. But the main concern was the people disobeying the Covid health regulations. Staff was very reluctant to wear face masks. Basically this is not a Covid safety hotel.
wonderful location.. neat and clean rooms.. reasonable price.. but not comfortable with the customer service. there is no wifi connection. ourdoor pool time restriction 0900 am to 20:00 pm. receptionist should be friendly with the customers. if they do it they will be best in the business.
Room service was very poor, A/C and showes weren't work well in the room. foods were not palatable, had hidden chargers on dinner...in manu showed food cost wasn't in the bill...staff wasn't very helpful...
