New property but needs better housekeeping. Cleaner floors ( very dusty under beds and alongside) and cob webs in room shades the new feeling of the property. No Restarant facility atm but caretakers can arrange food from nearby. Off peak rates are little higher compared to nearby properties compared to facilities. Caretakers are happy to sort things but most should be done before guests arrive

Very good place in Alesgarden. Comfortable room. Staffs are friendly. Very clean & quiet . Best Seafood.All foods are good & taste.Breakfast & coffee good. Seafood koththu very taste. I will visit next time this hotel.

Best hotel i’ve been to around to. Customer service is amazing. Staff was very helpful, helped me take my bags upstairs. food was amazing. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely be staying again next time.

I stayed in family room and everything was new.The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing.This hotel had no power-cut because they had solar power insulted.The hotel was near a beach.I recommend the hotel to anyone around Trincomalee.
