Stayed for 2 nights at Suyapa Beach, nice location, good restaurant right on the beach. Friendly staff, reasonable prices on food and drinks. Good place to stay for a couple days. Beach is nice and clean, there us a few other places to eat just down the beach. There is a surf school, you can ride horses on the beach...

Our family dined here in December and loved the fact that the restaurant has a beautiful beach view. It is very pretty and the view is stunning. Our waiter came over immediately and took our drink orders. He was very friendly and polite. We ordered shrimp wrapped in bacon and several orders of the full fried fish. It came with...

I was with my adult family. Definitely an ok place to park your bags at fair price, liked being right on the beach. They have their own pool, restaurant with decent food, a nice breakfast included in our stay. Our room was clean, but nothing fancy. We had in-room a/c! I'd stay there and eat there again. Family friendly. Nice...

I went here with a group of 10 persons and I don't regret it. Lovely location on the beach, good food for a reasonable price. I am not sure about the rooms as I haven't seen them, but the food was really good and huge portions too. Mind you, if you do get the whole fish, it is HUGE and...

The tostones with steak is sooo good! Definitely start with that. The service has usually been happy and accommodating. I've eaten here many times and never had a bad experience with food or service. The restaurant has outdoor seating with a roof top, patio and seating in the sand. The beach is great to look out at while enjoying your...

Right on the beach, watch the pelican gangs hunting for fish. Restaurant had good well priced fish meals overlooking the surf. Room was average but had two fans and own bathroom, towels Inc taxes and breakfast for b35. Cant complain about that. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and generous. The upstairs had a communal area with rocking chairs overlooking the sea

The reception is cold, people not friendly, the pool is dirty and we have been flew in our room. We've found a bat in our bedroom. The restaurant is ok and the location is good for Sunset, you should avoid this place.

It is the worst place we have been staying. We spend 2 nights there because no chance to go other places. It was very very dirty, the pool is a bacterial nest. My 2 years old son spent 1 week in hopistal at Managua after the stay, he caught a very bad bacteria. Really don't go and do NOT go...

We chose to get a room without airconditioning. We had the corner room with the jaloise windows facing south west. 2 full sized beds and fans were included in the modest room. We simply loved it. If you are going there with an american view of luxuary you need to chuck that at the door. The staff friendly and accomidating....

Hotel Suyapa is in a great location, right on beautiful and non-touristy Las Penitas beach and very close to other cool spots (such as Playa Roca). The facility itself is nothing to write home about but was standard and I was comfortable while I was there. Everything closes (the restaurant and reception) and the lights go out early however, there...
