My review as to be rated terrible due to the thoroughly unprofessional attitude of the owners. My booking was made through Booking.Com and the arrival was delayed by 2 hours to 17:00 due to the owners out with friends. Being France this should have set alarm bells ringing but not at this stage. On Saturday as we were travelling to...

We only stayed for one night but one night was one night too many. The building and grounds at one time must have been fantastic BUT this place needs a major renovation and deep cleaning. Our room had cobwebs and everything was covered with throws(for good reason underneath were stains). Basically we slept in our clothes ,waiting for the sun...

Our room had a good view, you should keep in Mont St Michel, is especially magical at night. We were only there for one night and arrived late, but it was super easy to find and the staff welcomed us with open arms. The staff gave us some tips on what to do the next day. We are well off,...

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and charming property. It was like walking into a Poirot story. Madame LeRoy was accomodating and so helpful. She went out of her way to answer our questions about where to go for good meals and interesting site-seeing. And the croissants were amazing!!!! We plan to return one day.

This property has a perfect view. But do not expect too much regarding the modernness of the room and services. Read reviews posted by many and make up your own mind. The proprietress is a smart business person.

Stayed here for two nights. The Chateau is very large with a massive garden that goes on and on. Inside, the place is old, with interesting, although dusty, decorations and lots of charm. I have no idea how many rooms are in this place, but it goes on for three floors. Word to those with difficulty climbing stairs, the first...

We stay in B&B's all over the world and the view of Mt. St. Michel from Chateau Les Hauts wins the prize! What a charming place with extensive gardens. Suzanne and Andre were very helpful and we had a great one-night stay on our journey through France.

Once it was established that CLH could not accommodate us, CLH did not respond to our enquiry about alternatives. Only a small thing, but if people are genuinely interested in service, then they will extend that service to non-clients.

Hello, we have just returned from a stay at ‘Les Hauts’ at St Jean le Thomas overlooking Mont St Michel. We chose this for our 25th (Silver) wedding anniversary stay as the area is only 3hrs away from where we live and we stayed in another chateau for our 20th anniversary. We had read several postings regarding the chateau and...

We were looking forward to this stay as it was the most expensive B&B that we had booked. On arrival we were greeted by Suzanne, shown to our room which was very big and full of old furniture and furnishings. It had a great view of Mont-St -Michel. We went for a meal to Granville and it was late when...
