My husband and I stayed here for two nights. During our stay, Caroline was attentive and welcoming. Because of her, we were able to get a more complete feel for the town. She also arranged for a superb dinner prepared by her husband (Chef Ludovic Merle) which was served in our room. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about...

We have stayed with 4 couples in this hotel and have all enjoyed our stay! The facilities are excellent (and clean!) and really give a relaxing feeling. One of the suites, situated in the back of the hotel has its own terrace; very calm and private. The breakfast, which is charged separatly, is a good varity not only a croissant...

Well received - very friendly welcome even without booking - newly renovated old building in the town centre - rooms are very good and moderne - comfortable big bed, walk in shower - garden rooms are very quiet - we also enjoyed a nice breakfast - gourmet restaurant in vicinity, unfortunately closed on Sunday evenings. we arrived at hotel ligaro at approximately the appointed hour, and were greeted by the charming elise, who showed us to our suite without any initial paperwork. first of all, the location of this delightful hotel is a bit off the main drag, and wonderfully so... on a small plaza across from an old church still in use. free parking...

Great location in the heart of the town of Jarnac. Great big room, large bed the overall very confortable. Excellent breakfast very testy. The welcoming at the desk on the arrival as well on departure was great. Definetly will be back to this Hotel.

We spent 5 wonderful nights at this hotel whilst house hunting around Jarnac. Caroline welcomed us on our arrival and showed us to our lovely room (one of the suites on the first floor). A large room with views of the garden and a beautiful bathroom. Could not fault it. The hotel is tastefully decorated and retains its historic charm...

We stayed two nights arriving close to midnight after a delayed flight. The receptionist was charming and showed us to a wonderful room (9) on the second floor. Massive bed, top quality linens, huge bathroom, trendy minimalistic chic style and very high standard decoration. Complementary Evian, light proof curtains...very comfortable in every department. Church bells wake you at 7/8am daily...
