I stayed for one night only (thank god! ). The hotel is run by 3 ladies, one of then, looked like she was the boss, on her 60's short, black short hair, is very rude. The rooms are less than basic bathrooms with no shower, just a tub with a faucet. If you have to stay there don't choose the breakfast option, is bread and tea/coffee. Better wake up 15 minutes earlier and drive to the closest town. Not only was disgusting, I asked for a bit of lemon for our tea and she charged us EU$8 extra for the lemon when we checked-out. Stay here if you absolutely have not other option and get out of there as soon as you can.

We were there this week end and, from the moment we arrived a lady named Chantal « welcomed » us, I don’t actually know if we can say welcome in that case, when we checked in she said that she had a problem with our room and asked us several time if we were not the persons she had over the phone before we arrive saying that there were not room available anymore...not a good start ... finally after checking she showed us the way to our room and left without providing any information such as WiFi pw, where to get drinkable water etc... this being said the view is certainly the best view a hotel can have on the Verdon Gorge. I think it’s a shame that such a beautiful location with that much potential is not shaped at its best, design is very old fashioned, needs refresh, the room pictures on website do not reflect reality and the service could definitely improve. We will go back to the beautiful Verdon Gorge next year but we will not go back to this one and choose another hotel in Aiguines or Moustiers most probably.

Passing through the area on a road trip, the Grand Canyon was a great place to stop and soak up the views. The terrace overlooks the gorge, which is an amazing place to have a drink and snack. Definitely worth a visit.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, a car is essential. Plus there are steep, winding roads to get to it. However, once there the views are incredible. We stayed in a room with balcony access that overlooked the gorge, which was beautiful, but the balcony was shared with the other rooms. This didn't bother us, but might be a problem for some. The hotel could definitely do with a refurbishment, as it all looked a little run down. However, the food in the restaurant was fantastic and we found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. Definitely enjoyed our visit!

outstanding views coming up to and from the hotel the hotel itself looks like it needs to be refurbished wasn't a dump but you couldn't say that it was fantastic either I do have to say that the meal that we had was fantastic and the views from the restaurant were stunning the place is in the middle of nowhere so make sure you have a full tank of fuel the hotel says that it has free wifi but nothing in the room or when we checked in said what the code was
