We booked six nights but stayed eight (the maximum we could before moving on to a Wedding). This probably says it all! The position of the B&B is quite exceptional, and the village of Goult is “authentic”. From arrival to departure Marie-Christine and Guy assisted and helped any way they could. They are delightful. We stayed in the well-equipped and...

If one day you decide to visit the perched villages of the Luberon ( Villages perchés in France: during the Middle Ages, especially the One Hundred Years of war, people tend to abandon the valley to go live in the mountains for security), do not forget the village of Goult and the Maison d'hôtes Lou Baou run by Guy and...

September 2016 Ici,c’est le paradis ... (Here, that is heaven on earth) That is the wording on a board next to the beautiful pool in the B&B Lou Baou outside the charming village Goult. And we really felt like in paradise resp. in heaven in the most gorgeous Lou Baou with the wonderful view towards the Luberon and the most...

Our stay at Lou Baou was one of the best stays we´ve had for vacation. We stayed for one week and could enjoy a clean and cosy room, a lovingly applied garden, a perfect view into the mountains and the most friendly and helpfull couple of Marie and Guy with a lot of tips and regards for places of interest...

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Lou Bou staying in the workshop room. This was our second visit and it was another perfect break. The views across the valley are simply stunning, the grounds of the property are also very pretty and extremely well kept. The workshop room is spacious and comfortable and has benefited from...

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Lou Baou. We stayed in the Workshop which has its own kitchen facilities and is immaculate. The view from the room and terrace is beautiful looking out over the countryside. The pool area is lovely. Breakfast is amazing, we especially enjoyed the home jams, amazing honey and croissants every morning. Marie...

We have just returned from our second visit to Lou Baou, this time for a 4 night stay in the pink room. As with our last visit, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a good shower over the bath and we had our own entrance and small terrace. The gardens are lovely with beautiful views across the valley....

You feel like it's just you, on the side of the Luberon valley - with a gorgeous view of the other. Marie's garden was in full bloom and the pool was very inviting. Both Marie and Guy were helpful when it came to where we should go and what we should do. The B&B is within walking distance to the...

We stayed for five nights at Lou Baou in "The Workshop". The room was large, mercifully cool give the temperature outside!, with ensuite and kitchen facilities. The view from the room - and indeed from the pool and breakfast table - was amazing, looking out over the Provencal countryside. Marie and Guy were the perfect hosts, and Marie's breakfasts were...

We booked Lou Baou because we were looking for a boutique hotel in a quiet Luberon village. It was more perfect than we could have imagined (and so was Goult) ! For our family of four (kids are 9 and 11) we took the pink and the blue room. These rooms can be joined to form a locked off two...
