We have stopped in New Buffalo many times by train and car and finally decided to try the Grand Marina Resort. It's a lovely hotel with friendly service, bike cruisers to ride around this small beach town and a fantastic restaurant, Brentwood Tavern. Our room...More
Had a lovely 1 bedroom suite--huge, full kitchen, small balcony. Great restaurant on ground floor. Very nice staff. The only negative was you could hear kids running in hallways--but hey, that seems to happen in most hotels.
Great package for a little winter getaway--we will...More

Thank you for staying at our sister hotel The Harbor Grand. All the suites and rooms at Marina Grand Resort have marina views. We hope you will visit The Harbor Grand again and enjoy the sunsets on the New Buffalo Beach, they are inspiring.

I'm not sure there is a shuttle but the Marina could tell you. They might. The Amtrak stops just in front of the Harbor Grand, their sister property. It is walkable from train to hotel but it is a bit of a jaunt. Probably a 1/4 mile. The town is pretty walkable if you like walking. It is not as close as say a Saugutuck, where the hotel is right in with the stores, but it is all fairly walkable. The hotel also has bikes to use. I hope that helps. :)
