We came back to the Belvedere Inn this November, to celebrate a landmark birthday for my wife, booked the Belvedere Suite for the weekend, and enjoyed a fantastic fall weekend of foliage, food and fun once again at the Belvedere. I have written two earlier reviews of the Belvedere that I can't really expand on, but I wanted to add...

First of all, I was surprised by the few reviews about staying at the inn, so I paid more attention to details and decided to write a long review. We came on Christmas Day in time for Christmas buffet dinner and stayed for two nights. Let's talk about Christmas buffet first. It was a great menu with prime rib, pork...

My son and daughter-in-law (Justin & Shea) exchanged wedding vows (in December) at the Felt Mansion in Saugatuck, Michigan. Following their wedding, the happy couple stayed at the Belvedere Inn, just down the road a bit from the Felt Estate. The Inn Keeper, Shaun Glynn, did a fantastic job preparing the “wedding suite” for the bride and groom! In addition,...

We wouldn't be happier spending Thanksgiving anywhere else with any other more delightful people under any other roof. The Inn is warm, cozy, inviting, staff always accommodating. While much of the "standards" (warmed cider, or mulled wine, or, in Inn-baked European pastry treats, or special 4-roast blend coffee, or ..., there is always another little pleasant surprise.

This is the 5th year my friend and I have celebrated Thanksgiving at the Belvedere! We are never disappointed: we are always sad when we leave on the Saturday after Thanksgiving! We always have the same charming room, which is beautifully appointed and, always great amenities! The breakfast is delicious, and the Thanksgiving feast is sumptuous .This lovely old Inn...

Everything is wonderful about the Belvedere inn. Sean, the owner, is incredibly nice and attentive. The rooms are great...my wife and I have stayed in three different ones and we've been to the Belvedere at least five or six times at this point. I can't say enough about how great this place is for a peaceful, romantic visit with excellent...

We stayed 2 nights and had dinner one night. This was our first visit to the area and it was definitely quiet season in Saugatuck. I mention this because the Belvedere is a few minutes outside of town and the location would likely be a welcome respite from summer crowds in town. In October, it was lovely place to stay....

Arrive at the Belvedere Inn and surrender your cares. Beautiful grounds, a note-perfect period interior and personal service await within. My friends had a suite on the 2nd floor, I had a dormer room on the 3rd floor...both were just the right mix of luxury and country. Dinner was a revelation and the morning breakfasts were imaginatively conceived and filling....

We had 3 great nights and breakfasts, and 1 fabulous dinner here. Relaxing, classy, casual, great food and staff. The area is very conducive to good biking – we covered over 80 miles in three days. We highly recommend and will definitely return.
