We loved this little hotel with uniquely configured rooms. You can check out the photos of each room on their website. We stayed in #34, which is in a separate building from registration. The location is perfect for all things downtown. The town itself was quaint and quiet in late September. We hope to return next year around this time!

Beautiful location and very comfortable room. Great service, with a grill/pub too! We loved our one night stay and would definitely stay again. The host was helpful, friendly and went out of her way to map out the Pilgrim Haven directions so we could rock hunt. The service at the grill was good, and the other guests were very nice. It was a nice place. Our room was right on the harbor. The wildlife was entertaining and we loved watching the seagulls and boats coming in and out of the harbor. Because of the change in season, a lot of the shops were closed. I would stay again, even so.

Excellent location on the river walking distance to shops, wineries, restaurants. Room 23 was very spacious, clean minus spiders out on the balcony. Views of drawbridge, boats, sunset. Futon was mediocre for sitting but I would bring a topper for sleeping. The king size bed was very comfortable. Great shower pressure. Cold mini fridge, plenty of coffee. Cons: spray for the spiders on back door/balcony. Add a couple wine glasses. Definitely returning.

First time staying there and we are glad we did. We have stayed at most B&Bs in South Haven and this is the first time staying at this Inn. We loved our room and view of the harbor and private balcony. Very clean and spotless. Real friendly and helpful staff. I walked to Marias and back getting take out and only a 3 minute walk. Close to everything so park your car and walk during your stay. We WILL be back.

My wife and I just spent the night here on the Sept. 16th 2022. The Inn itself is literally as the name states OLD. The price was far too high for what we got. Which was an old musty smelling room right next to an outside bar! The A\C unit is right next to the bed and we had to use the thick comforter, which was too hot at times. The room was always humid and one light was burned out and the clock was broken and flashing.

Expected more for an $1100 stay for four days! They mentioned the stairs on the website, but honesty. what a mess. TWO flights of stairs to get to our room, which was a block from the hotel lobby! The room was totally dated. Furniture in bad repair. Room maid service was interesting. If you leave a tip, you get a full compliment of towels replaced each day and the room is cleaned. If you forget, you get some towels and nothing is cleaned and the waste baskets are not even emptied. The sheets were not changed one time. The view is nice, but the bars and restaurants below do take away from that! No ice, unless you walk a block to the lobby. And carry an ice bucket! Very much a convenient location so you can walk to many sites, which is a good thing since there isn't any close parking and moving your car is a mess. You will be hunting for parking and will not be closer than a block and half from the hotel. Once was enough for us.…

Would have given it a 5-Star rating but for a very unreliable Internet / Wifi access. Oh.. well.. it was our vacation and so shouldn't need Internet that much!! But really? Who can live without it :) But for all the good stuff now: The room was nicely air conditioned when we arrived on a hot day. The bed was comfortable. The location was very good. Ate our first lunch at South Haven Brew Pub. Awesome Perch Basket, Beer Flight, Pizza, Excellent!! Walking to the pier was great. Coffee shops nearby - beats Starbucks!! Lastly and most importantly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Jake at the front desk suggested that we visit Saugatuck and gave us suggestions of places to eat there. Everything he suggested was on the money!! Thank you, Jake.

Nice little place in a great location. Can walk to everything. Bummed we had a non opening window too only look at marina with no balcony but can walk out to sit on front porch or back restaurant area. Rooms are small but very clean and comfy bed. The power went out on our last night and they were very accommodating and apologetic. Nice owners. Enjoyed our stay.
