This was an adorable B & B. We stayed in the Brewster room which is in the guest house, not the main house. They were very careful with their COVID protocols. For the guest house breakfasts were delivered in picnic baskets each morning. The food was always hot, very tasty and there was variety each morning. We had been asked about dietary concerns previously. They are not offering cleaning at this time due to COVIID but that was not an issue. We ran out of nothing and could request more bath linens, blankets and pillows if needed. There was a fireplace in our room and a ceiling fan. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My only complaint is that the room ran very HOT even with the ceiling fan going. It would be nice if there was a thermostat for each room for individual comfort levels.

We felt like we were the only ones there. But there were a few other couples but its so well laid out you don't see anyone. Our room was very very nice and the bathroom had a 2 person tub along with a separate shower. They have a hammock under the trees and a fire pit so sit by on chilly nights. The breakfast delivered to our door each morning was amazing. Hot served at 9AM.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but they were fully booked. Room a little small but well maintained. We loved the “breakfast in a basket” left outside our door. A very delicious and unique idea in this age of covid. Management are very attentive. We had noisy neighbors one night and it was taken care of promptly and quietly. Grounds are beautiful and serene. Thoroughly recommend!

Lovely B&B with beautiful scenery in back. Stayed in the Nantucket House which was small but nicely appointed. Only complaint about the room was the bed. A new mattress is much needed. Location is close to everything, including the beach, grocery store and neighboring towns.

If you look up the word "WELCOME" in the dictionary, the first defintion will be Martha's Vinyeard. From the meeting in the main house to the checkout moment thare is no better welcome than the staff in this delightful country setting. The main building is spotless and gives the patron places for gathering and quietude. Movies, games, coffee and tea, and reading materiesl are plentiful. The breakfast, now delivered in a picnic basket to each room, is memorable and home cooked..yum .Plenty of grounds to sit with friends or by oneself. I personally recommend choosing one of the guesthouse rooms (with hot tub in the bathroom, robes are included). You want to cook out...a fire pit is availabel as well as an area to see stars in the summer night sky. Prices are competitive with the area. Well positioned to farms, golf, lake accesses, many eateries for all price ranges.
