Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Double the price of nearby hotels. Breakfast was terrible. Craftsmanship of the rooms was that of a 10 year old child. Pool room was near 100°F inside. We struggled to get televisions to work but the staff did come right up and figured out the problem.
It was decent. A place to rest your head. Not optimal with kids. Heater was wonky and tub didn’t drain while showering. I’ve stayed at much nicer Hilton properties for cheaper so the price wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t terrible. Check in folks were super nice.
The bathroom floor was filthy. The outlet in the bathroom was not grounded and only one of the outlet's worked. The plumbing for the shower was loose. Complimentary breakfast was disgusting and tasteless.
I was disappointed in this hotel - especially for the price. Shower didn't drain well and it was clear the bathroom had not had a thorough cleaning. Bed was fine but still found this to be below Hampton standards. I would not stay here again.
I think the person at the desk was new, because we had all sorts of problems upon check in. Me and my uncle checked in at the same time, and we both have the same last name. She didn't bother confirming who she was checking in, and checked in my uncle under my reservation. When I tried to check in, she realized she checked in the wrong person. So she called my uncle down, and had them check out so she could then check me in. She then messed up the keys and we only had 1 working key. She gave us the correct key, and sent us on our way. Luckily it was family, otherwise I'd be incredibly disgusted at the fact they had us go into a room someone else was in. After checking in, I discovered I was double-charged for the room. I had a charge for my room, and a charge for my uncle's room. It's been a week, and the charge hasn't gone away so I had to dispute the charge via my bank. The fact I had to do this is unacceptable, and because of it I will never stay at this particular hotel again. Besides the check in, the stay wasn't terrible. But because of the check-in issues, I can't recommend this hotel.…
