This little cozy place is SPECTACULAR!!! It is a piece of paradise. Me and my boyfriend had the best time staying here. The room was very comfortable and had a gorgeous view of the beach and water. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable...

This was my birthday getaway. Expectations were high. When we arrived, we were disappointed to see a note taped to a door indicating there is no check-in area or staff awaiting us and to call a cell #. We were then told to go down to the tasting room to get checked in(perhaps that would be good to note in...

Updating the rooms is EASY and doesn't cost much. Offer guests a room to be proud of. My back hurts from the bed. No decor. Cheap furnishings throughout. It's sad, because this is an absolutely perfect location and the outdoor space and dining / tasting room are really well done. Fireplaces outside, brilliant sunrises. Imagine if the guests could simply...

This was our 3rd trip to The Vineyard Inn. The first two were wonderful which is of course why we returned. But this time, some changes have us rethinking a future visit. - We immediately noticed that the kitchenette had been mostly removed. There is still a microwave and a toaster but no sink. There is a wine cooler that...

Contrary to the review above there is a Bistro and Wine tasting room on site which was open daily and had plenty of staff who took excellent care of us , the Inn appeared full and we joined many guests at the bonfire nightly on the beach. We swam in the beautiful bay daily and enjoyed great wine and the...

My family stayed here in August and did not have a good experience. There's no staff, you have to hunt people down or call from your cell. The floors were dirty and there were hairs in our sheets that weren't ours. We stayed three nights and they never came to clean the room. I called on day two asking for...

My husband and I went here for a little getaway for our Anniversary. We had a wonderful stay! The views are outstanding! We took our kayaks and kayaked the bay all day. It was fabulous! The free wine tasting was a perk. I do however wish the restaurant was open later. By the time I called at 7:30pm to order...

My daughter and my-self have always wanted to do this. (wine testing that is) My husband was the driver so he did not drink anything and he does not care for wine anyways. We chose where we could have 5 different taste of wines. My daughter and my self like the more sweet ones that are whites. My favorite though...

I cannot say enough about the property BUT there was absolutely nothing going on the entire two days we were there. Difficult finding someone to check us in and a note on door saying no full time person in the office during this time of the year - July??. The restaurant and bar closed at 5 PM and we only...

We were told the Inn recently had changed hands, now belongs to a winemaker. Not sure how long it has been, but there are definitely some bumps on the road. First, the property is fabulous--could not ask for a more beautiful location. Rolling hill, dotted with Adirondack chairs, seating on patio, strip of sandy beach, wonderful new dock. Restaurant is...
