Overall the room was very nice! Although one of our faucets was leaking in the bathroom, this was reported and staff called to say maintenance would come and fix it and they would bring us a bottle of wine. They did neither of these things. Luckily the room was well stocked with face cloths and hand towels so we were able to contain it. Only a few of our things got wet before we noticed. You can tell the rooms are aging so they show some wear. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean. Rooms were stocked with shampoo, soap, towels, mini bar had coke, sprite, water and red stripe. Towels were super accessible which was great. We had a swim up room that attached to the main pool and swim up bar which we loved and used everyday. The hideaway had a great private beach which did not have vendors selling there. Ocean point bistro was the best restaurant which was open for breakfast and dinner for hideaway guests. Breakfast there usually took about an hour so I wouldn't recommend if you have somewhere to be early but it was much better food then the buffet so if you have the time definitely eat there. Because we weren't a fan of the buffet we found lunch options weren't great. However we have a very high standard for food so not everyone will feel this way. The coffee shop was my favourite part of the resort! Highly recommend the iced carmel macchiato. We found most of the alcohol drinks to just be alright but we aren't big drinkers. They did sometimes have Stone's Ginger Wine which is a local drink that we loved. We found evening entertainment was definitely lacking. There was one pool table at the sports bar that was always full otherwise we didn't find there was much to do in the evenings. There were lots of staff and they were all very helpful. Everything was very accessible at the resort and we were able to figure it all out in the first few days. Overall the resort was clean and maintained. We went parasailing on the beach and loved the view overlooking the resort. We would go back to this resort and would recommend it if you are going for an occasion!…

Stayed two weeks at Royalton Hideaway May / June '23. I enjoyed my vaction. Big Shout Out to The Gym Guys, Karli( Bootcamp) , Garrison (Bootcamp) and Lindo( Sunday Morning Run) ...You Guts are the best thing about Royalton Hideaway. I recommend attending these Guys Classes during your stay.

The sunrise yoga was just what I needed on my vacation. My body was tight and sore from all of the activities. Lydell was very knowledgeable and accommodating. There should be a sunrise yoga class every morning. Very relaxing!!

I joined Lindo’s yoga class. It was amazing, I really needed the class after a long flight. Lindo was extremely kind and very attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed it and I would recommend it to everyone that visits this resort.

Very energetic workout in the water, putting you through your paces at your leisure. Garrison our instructor was very good, patient but yet informative in his instructions. Very enjoyable workout in the pool under the sun. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to tomorrow

The staff have been fantastic. We had a private meal at the beach and Antoneil was brilliant. The gym staff who run the classes especially the yoga instructors have been great. All staff again… brilliant.
