One of the worse spot to stay! On top of the smell, bed & cold coffee in the morning. Watch for random charges on you're account as well. I checked out the next morning after paying for a full week and I was told its my lose.... I am done with super 8 all around they ruined it for them.

The minute we walked on to the third floor to get to our room, it smelled like smoke. Our room smelled like bad cleaning supplies, and the door would not shut unless we slammed it hard. We asked for another room, but there were no other rooms available with the equivalent of the one we had-they wanted us to pay extra to go from a queen bed to a king bed. We asked to speak with a manager, but there was no manager on duty. Never, ever again! We checked out a couple hours after we checked in because the smell of the smoke and the room was making me sick to my stomach. We cancelled the following night as well, and we found a different hotel. This Super 8 was absolutely HORRIBLE!

I had to book a room for Christmas eve, and cancelled at the last minute, the staff was very helpful and refunded my deposit without a hitch, i have viewed the property before and it has a great location, clean and safe area, nice.

This hotel was so poor, I recommend Wyndam consider dropping it from it span of otherwise fine hotels. I travel often for work and pleasure. This is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Its only redeeming qualities was that the bed was moderately comfortable and our room had heat and hot water.
