A clean homestead with the perfect location. The owners, David and Melinda, were the perfect host. The breakfast was great, and the rooms were very comfortable. Downtown Traverse City has a lot of offer for entertainment. We will be returning soon.

The Aberdeen Stone Cottage ticks all boxes: the big ones - great breakfasts/charming hosts/nice location/comfortable room, as well as the important little ones - very efficient Wi-Fi/ beautifully adjusted room temperature/great shower/sensible washbasin/worryfree parking. Upstairs there are two large bathrooms separately serving two bedrooms. For us, there was no hardship whatsoever in this arrangement. The cottage oozes intimacy and comfortable...

Aberdeen Stone Cottage is a very cute little (3 rooms) B&B in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Grand Traverse Bay is a short walk, and a short drive to all of the Traverse City restaurants, bars, and shops. Drive a little further to explore Leelanau, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Old Mission. Be sure to eat at The Boat House on Old...

The 2 upper do not have bathrooms in the room but separate bathrooms off the hallway. Great hosts. Located in an historic house built late 1800's with cobblestone exterior....

Lovely couple of nights in this quiet neighborhood. Our host and hostess were very friendly and prepared a fantastic breakfast for us each day. They also had some good suggestions for local wineries to visit. We walked downtown for dinner one night and it was a fine stroll.

We stayed in the Celtic Garden room and it was great! You could smell how clean the sheets and towels were. Comfy bed and great snacks left out. Melinda and David were so helpful with where to go and what to see. Awesome breakfast in the morning and had fun getting to know the other guests over coffee. Really great...

A cozy, quaint home reminiscent of Scotland, in the heart of the residential area of the city. An easy long walk to downtown and one Traverse Bay beach. My daughter and I stayed in the Heather room as that is her name. Scottish themed room with an adorable attic hideaway room which could accomodate a child. Innkeepers, Melissa and David,...

“Celtic Garden room on main floor has its on ensuite and private garden. Thistle and Heather rooms upstairs share a bath, or if you want solo use of the bathroom you can opt to reserve the entire 2nd floor. The Heather Room has a cute little cubby that can be used by children to play or sleep.”
