We are one week into a two week stay. We couldn't be happier. The service with a smile is universal. The front desk, food service, housekeeping all very kind and competent. Room is clean and all of our requests are fulfilled with a smile. Can't go wrong here. We travel a lot and thus is by far one of the...

We recently visited for a wrestling tournament, and we very pleased with the Fairfield Inn in TC. The staff was very pleasant, the kids loved the pool, and it was very quiet in the evening hours which doesn't always happen with a hotel full of young athletes. Also, the breakfast was available earlier than the standard hours with a wonderful...

Just returned from a brief get away at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Traverse City. The folks at the hotel were outstanding and couldn't have made us feel more at home than they did. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The hotel was clean and the property was well-kept. The free...

Had connected rooms and spent a fun weekend with the granddaughters and mothers. The kids swam in the pool most of the time. Nice work out room next to the pool. Starbucks on the property. Rooms very clean and services superb. Staff members very accommodating. Near shopping and restaurants. Definitely a good time. Thanks

I travel 50+ nights a year. I have stayed here many times. Every single staff member make you feel MORE than welcome, especially the front desk staff, they always remember my name and make me feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms very clean, updated and the beds are the BEST of all hotels I stay at. And if you are...

My husband and I shared an adjoining room with our two adult daughters for two nights in December. We were on the second floor. We were very happy staying at the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the carpeting seemed brand new. All of the employees were very nice, kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The staff is on the ball and friendly, I screwed up my reservations, but they accommodated the change and gave me the original (lower) rate. The pool is small but nice. The breakfast is good, the usual buffet with eggs, waffles and sausage. They even have soy milk for my wife. The only slight negative is a few kids running...

Two nights here and boy was I ready to check out. Numerous small complaints from no microwave, to lumpy uncomfortable pillows. The heat seemed to never shut off so I was left hot all night. Actually having to shut the heat off to attempt a reasonable temperature led to my biggest complaint. The walls here must have zero sound insulation...

Alan, We are very sorry that your stay was less than satisfactory. Although we do not have a microwave in every room, we do have them available by request. We also always have one available in the lobby for guest use. The pillows are perplexing, as we just purchased all new mattresses and pillows for the entire hotel. We will...

Passed the entrance twice before realizing it could be reached through the Sam's parking lot-hidden access lanes from the nearby hotel -its behind the Cracker barrel restaurant and bank-BUT- the place was spotlessly clean-nicely furnished-with a lovely view of the woods-we went north for the autumn colors-it is a bit out of town but easily within driving distance of everything...

we've stayed here before and like it for location, but do not like the price. They said it was fall colors, but locals told us wouldn't be for another month as had hot summer. But this place jacked up the price more than double for another added day Friday. Needless to say we left and found another place in Cadillac...
