We stayed at the Quality Inn for a weekend convention. Our check-in was easy and the front desk staff were very welcoming. This appears to be an older hotel which they have updated although the decor is a tad dated. It is a cute wilderness/logging theme to fit the logging history of the community. The room was clean and well...

This is hard to rate. Had lots confusion and issues but all were resolved. We learned the elevator turned out to be a lift which does not accommodate a luggage cart. No signs for the stairs that we saw. No signs for the ice and pop machines that turned out to be in the pool area. Our room heater/air unit...

My boyfriend and I stayed in the newlywed suite and it was amazing! The jacuzzi was full size and didn't take too long to fill up. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. The sliding door directly to the pool was convenient. Front desk was friendly and nice. Overall I would say if you...

The kids and I loved this hotel! It is an older place but clean and the beds are comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor with a balcony over the pool and recreation area, the kids thought that was awesome. The pool and hot tub temperatures were great and we loved that the restaurant and gas station is attached, so...

Had to grab a hotel on the way further north due to weather. This was a good hotel and better than I had expected . The check in and out were quick and the staff was friendly. Resteraunt attached is great and super cheap. A huge beer and a big burger were under $15. The bed was comfy. My room...

Spent 5 nights on a business trip and found the accommodations OK for the price. They have large rooms with all the amenities you need........and the indoor pool and lounge area is a great place to relax after work with a few beers and your co-workers. The Lumberjack Restaurant and Bar connected to the hotel has an excellent menu with...

The good news: this is a great place to stop over if you're traveling on I-75. It's inexpensive, The staff is welcoming and eager to please. The lobby and common areas are decorated to make you feel like you're in a family cottage in Northern Michigan, which is charming. The less good news: While the hotel is clean, the rooms...

Every time it go to West Branch we stay here. It's just our favorite place. The rooms are rustic decorated for the lumberjack days. The rooms are clean, big tv, very comfy beds, and the new tubs are just gorgeous! There is a beautiful indoor pool , a gift shop with lots of up north products . We also eat...

This place is always clean and comfortable, it's a little better than just a hotel, it's entertainment as well from the attached restaurant and liquor store to the excellent shopping. This is a really great place to relax... Thanks 😀

I was hard pressed to find a place in this neck of the woods, room was worn (worn carpet, walls need to be painted) - I spent little time in the room, just to sleep. Staff was very friendly, which I truly appreciated. I could hear others outside my room so not great for sleeping.
