Very comfortable and spacious room in a secluded country setting. Everything was beautifully clean. Breakfast were excellent and we had the cooked dinner one evening which was expertly cooked and very enjoyable and very good value - you are sent a lengthy menu for all three courses when you book and can list your favourites and any dislikes on the...

We had a 1 night stay with Paul and Fiona at Turnerford Fold - which was far far too short. It is a fantastic place in all respects. It has just 2 rooms with little extras and luxuries you would not get in a run of the mill B&B. The location is very remote and incredibly beautiful on the outskirts...

We have stayed at quite a few B&B's and this was by far the best we have visited. Both Fiona & Paul made us very welcome, the room was light and airy and of a good size. The bathroom was also very nice with an excellent shower. The best part of this break was Fiona's cooking, homemade quality food at...

My wife and I traveled from the U.S. to tour the Dales. I came upon Turnerford Fold in Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. Neither of us have dietary issues but wanted to be close to the western end of the Dales for walking and exploring. Paul and Fiona were very accommodating and their breakfasts were delicious....

We have just returned from a 3 night break at Turnerford Fold. It was Superb. The accommodation is exceedingly well appointed and comfortable. The location is fantastic. A brilliant base for walking and sightseeing. Good hearty breakfasts and the Gluten Free food Fiona produces for dinner is 1st class. I’ve never had better. Both Fiona and Paul make your stay...

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Turnerford fold (1st -3rd September 2010) I can only describe it as wonderful. Paul and Fiona were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The bonus for me personally was their great understanding of coeliac disease and the food (Breakfast and Evening meal) was absolutley wonderful. I really recommend the sticky toffee...

We hesitate in writing this review in case everyone finds this little secret tucked away. The accommodation, welcome, food and just everything is first class. Fiona and Paul are the perfect hosts, there to help but won't intrude. They know just what to do to make everything first class down to the last detail. If you want animals, you can...

This is one of the nicest B&Bs I've stayed in. We were warmly welcomed, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and large ensuite. The location was excellent for exploring the Dales and had we wanted to, the Lake District as well. The guest dining/lounge area was lovely and we were fortunate enough to meet a lovely couple...

We enjoyed our stay so much at this adyllic cottage we even brought our friends that we met up with, back on our second night to sample what we had enjoyed. The journey from the main road down the " dirt track "to the cottage is to say the least tricky, but worth the effort - and to be handed...
