We stayed here in January, so I think it was kindof their off season. It seemed like the amenities such as the restaurants, bars, and coffee shops were often closed or had limited hours. This was a little disappointing, but we still enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping was mostly good, just a few...

It was nice that we chose this place as our weekend getaway. We roomed on the 8th floor and we had a great view! The buffet had amazing food and the deli was okay. Gambling was fun and the workers were very polite.

This review is the hotel only, I'm not a casino person and stayed there overnight on a weekend. I've stayed in a number of hotel/motels in Traverse City over the years and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with Turtle Creek. The nightly rate of about $153 for a balcony room was low for TC and the room...

We made a stop here during our stay at grand traverse resort and spa. Just as a fun day out. Though something was wrong with the slots that day it took money but didn't give it back very well. Lol. I tried my first hand at black jack and was impressed that the dealers were patient as I was learning...

We spent 2 days here. Our first day when we checked in, there were 4 people behind the counter and we stood there waiting for more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged that we were standing there. No one else was in the lobby. Once in our room we were quite surprised to find only double beds. As we were...

No tub if that makes a difference to someone. We come here a couple times a year as it is a few hundred mile trip for us. Our...

Spent the weekend here Oct 28/29. Found this to be one of the nicest hotel/casinos we have been to in Michigan. Excellent ventilation so it was not very smokey on the gaming floor. All the dealer's and staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone really seemed to enjoy working there. The rooms were very clean and up to date. We...

Good spot to spend the night after a day visiting Traverse City. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Hotel is connected to the casino which is nice, you don't have to go outside. Large casino with newer machines.
