Our authentic 15th century timber-framed farmhouse with its superb Georgian, red brick frontage has wonderful views of the farmyard and surrounding fields, our animals grazing nearby. Experience life at the heart of a historic, working farm. Walter the donkey, and his companion friend, Gordon the mini-Shetland pony, will be very happy to wake you for breakfast! Each of our rooms is unique, reflecting the style and character of their location in the house: Georgian rooms with four poster beds and cosy timbered rooms, tastefully decorated with period features and furniture. “Lucy and Stephen have lovingly coaxed this 15th-century house on a working farm back to life. Deep in rural middle England, it’s a comfortable place with patterned rugs on floorboards, reclaimed wardrobes and views over the orchard or farm. Breakfast on eggs from the hens, sausages from the pigs and home-made preserves.” The Telegraph, January 2017 With an ethos of supporting local producers as well as using the farm’s own produce, the optional evening menus reflect the owners’ cultural backgrounds of Herefordshire & The Caribbean.

This is a very beautiful place to stay. I booked the cosy room therefore expected a very small room, but in reality the room was large, had a big bed, small sofa, mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The en suite was also a good size.

Lucy was a wonderful host, the breakfasts were delicious and the pricing of my stay was reasonable and reflective of the quality and location of the B and B.

The only downside, which is completely out of the control of the hosts, is how much sounds travels within the building. Being 15th century it is obviously an old building and stairs do heavily creek when in use and rooms obviously not sound proof. This was made worse during my stay from a group who had booked the bulk of the rooms and were very sociable after a few drinks in the downstairs communal areas and i assume were unaware of how loud and disruptive they were being until almost midnight, especially as after a long drive I was looking forward to a cup of tea and an early night so my sleep quality during my stay wasn't brilliant.

This however wouldn't put me off booking and staying here again

We are so sorry to hear of your disruptive sleep...the volume of guests voices after a few drinks are sometimes difficult to control! We always ask people to let us know if there is a problem so we can sort it out at the time. However, we are pleased to learn you haven't been put off staying with us again. Take care Lucy & Stephen

We stayed at the B&B and attended a 3 day Upholstery course. The house was spotless, great food fresh local produce, set in stunning countryside. Great family business everyone was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I booked for Huntlands for the upholstery course not expecting the accommodation to be so good. The course was also great, friendly, accessible and learned loads.

Friendly and welcoming, very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful rural setting. Small touches such as the quality of bathroom products, proper coffee and fresh milk in the fridge in the room were appreciated. Our meals were very good and we were looked after very well. Thank you.

What an amazing weekend we enjoyed. Our welcoming room, large and cosy, overlooking the fields beyond. I absolutely enjoyed the upholstery days with lunch included. Whilst my husband was able to go walking in the surrounding countryside albeit boggy in places.
Saturday evenings meal worked perfectly with tasty and superbly delicious fayre accompanied with wine.
With Lucy and Stephen such lovely hosts, Huntlands Farm comes highly recommended. Returning for more upholstery days to look forward to.

From the minute you see Huntlands Farm as you come up the driveway you know you are somewhere different and it’s going to be special. The amazing red brick & timber farmhouse and it’s surroundings are just Beautiful.
A warm welcome from Lucy on arrival and then shown to a lovely large old bedroom with the most amazing views across part of the farm. The bathroom was huge and as well as 2 sinks and a shower there was a massive old roll top bath with the most fantastic views of the countryside.
The room was spotless, the bed (four poster) was very comfortable and the breakfasts cooked by Stephen were to die for. Stephen and Lucy also offer dinner and wine which we didn’t get chance to sample but we will definitely be returning so will do that next time. We had just moved out of our house and we’re pretty stressed and tired. A weekend here in such wonderful surroundings was so relaxing and rejuvenating.
In summary this is a most exceptional business run by lovely people in an idyllic location. I cannot give it anything else but my full recommendation. You will not be disappointed I guarantee it.

We stayed for two nights in the Rafter's room. It was really hot when we stayed and welcomed having windows on both sides of the room, and the owner also provided a fan. Large, comfortable room. The en-suite has sloping ceiling as it's built into the eaves so you have to be a little careful. There was a large guest lounge which we didn't use. Breakfast was lovely and e also had dinner there one night. They were very flexible in the options provided. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Loved everything about the Huntlands Farm B&B, It is a beautiful building set in stunning surroundings.
Our room was almost as big as our house, spotlessly clean with a big bathroom including shower and a roll top bath, Breakfast in the morning was gorgeous and plentiful, and the hosts were brilliant. We received a text message with local directions before our arrival and then Lucy went out of her way to sort out a taxi for us and even offered to take us to the local pup herself. We will defiantly going again

I have stayed at Lucy & Stephens B&B on a number of occasions, it is a fabulous place. The rooms are warm and comforting with stunning views and antique furniture, tea trays are real coffee and a teapot, with "proper" milk. The food is wonderful, particularly the sausages and eggs which are from the farm. I will be returning again - you are made to feel very welcome

We were warmly welcomed by Lucy, the proprietor, and were really impressed with our beautiful, spacious room, which looked out on to beautiful countryside and farm animals. The cleanliness was exemplary. Food excellent. We were even invited to see the piglets which had just been born on this working farm. All in all, a lovely stay, Highly recommended!

Our stay at Huntlands Farm was fantastic. Communication and booking before our visit was very straight forward. We booked via their website which I would recommend. We stayed for three nights bed and breakfast and had dinner on our second and third night. You can book everything in advance including dinners and their is a choice of main course, two courses or three courses.

The location is ideal for walkers. There are several National Trust properties nearby that were open even during the week at the start of March. Worcester and a number of small towns are nearby. Our three day stay was not long enough to explore the area. It was perfect for an early spring break.

The farm is easy to find and parking is right in front of the farmhouse. You do need sturdy shoes or wellies because it is a working farm and is quite muddy. We loved visiting the animals and watching the free range chickens pecking around. A calf was born the night we arrived which we enjoyed seeing the following morning.

We stayed in the Rafters Room, which was perfect for us because we do enjoy having a bath. It is at the top of the house but it is only a small flight of stairs. The room is even bigger than it looks on the website. It was beautifully decorated, well-heated and everything you need. An extremely comfortable bed, lots of storage, powerpoints, chairs, good lighting, mirrors, kettle and a fridge. A fresh bottle of water and a jug of milk tea, filter coffee and biscuits are provided and replenished daily. The bathroom is lovely, deep old fashion bath, plus a walk-in shower, plenty of hot water, towels and luxury shampoo and shower and soap provided.

The breakfasts and evening meals are amazing. There is a such a good choice and the quality of ingredients was excellent, many of which came from the farm or other local suppliers. Stephen is a really good and creative cook, we enjoyed everything he made for us. The farm's own cider was great and really good value. It was so good to come back after a days walk knowing that we didn't have to go out again because a great dinner would be provided for us.

Lucy and Stephen are the perfect hosts, friendly, kind, helpful and warm. They really understand what guest need. Huntlands Farm is the perfect place for a relaxing break and a great base for exploring Herefordshire and Worcestshire.

Thank you for your extremely kind review; we enjoyed having you to stay too! We had another calf born last night; mother and baby both doing well. The sun is trying to come out here today, fingers crossed the rain will stop, the sun will shine and the muddy weather will be a thing of the past! Best wishes and take care Lucy & Stephen
