The hotel itself was fairly decent. My room and hotel were pretty clean. But unfortunately you can't choose the tenants. Management could have done a better job of not allowing loitering at the entrance and there seemed to be a homeless person sleeping in the parking lot. It would also be a good idea if the cleaning service would pick up the hundreds of cigarette butts and paper that littered the outside near the entrance. And it wouldn't hurt to have the halfway carpet cleaned, especially in front of the elevator. Other than that it was a decent stay. I'd stay there again.

Staff were really nice unfortunately my room was not. I would have asked for another room on another floor if I was staying for more than one night and if I didn't have so much stuff. I was given a room on the third floor. #327. The third floor hallway, only the third floor, had a strong cigarette smell and my room had a light cigarette smell. There were cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink. My room was clean but the carpet on the left side of the bed was wet so it had a really bad musty smell. I had to sleep on the right edge of the bed to avoid the smell and the next morning the whole room was filled with a musty smell. Manger said carpet was not dried from cleaning. If you plan on staying here ask for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor unless you're a smoker. Don't know about the condition of room #327 after I left. The speed of the internet was less than 6 Mbps so I used my cell hotspot instead. The room is as pictured on the website but off course it's never as nice as it looks. I reported the problem when I checked out. Staff apologized and said the smell was probably from the carpet not dried from cleaning.

Made reservations for a Park/sleep/fly, but found out there was no free shuttle to and from the airport as stated in their website. Also upon our return the room next to ours had a strong order of smoking. (This is suppose to be a NON SMOKING facility???) We made our stay short because of the smell and to make matters worse at the breakfast bar the next morning the guy in that room came out with a unlit, butted cigarette hanging out of his mouth. When I told the desk clerk he only said he would let housekeeping be aware of it. I tried calling the general manager to complain, but time after time they said she was not it. Great way to run a business.

Employees are not wearing face masks. Front desk staff says they "can't do anything about it" because it is "not their job." Housekeeping staff is entering guest rooms without wearing face masks. This place needs to be shut down.

The hotel felt unclean and unsafe. I got accosted at one point by someone who made me feel uneasy. There are nicer hotels not too far away that are cleaner and safer and either cost the same or not much more.

This hotel feels very unsafe and sketchy , rude staff , not a friendly place stay somewhere else the hotel is very smelly , dated and feels sketchy our room had weird mirrors all over it and felt like we were in a two way mirror room. The door to the connecting room was locked but the person on the other end was able to unlock it . We put the chair up against it. Very clueless staff would not waste a dime here again

No fridge, no microwave, small bar of soap. Rooms are stripped down to NOTHING. Noisy as hell. They might as well take off the doors and handles since they are so afraid. Pathetic. Plexiglass around the entire front desk and the guy still wearing a mask.

Pictures of the hotel and room did not match Booking.com. Smoke free room smelled like smoke . Room above us was carpet cleaning or vacuuming until 12:45 am. Only one flat pillow per person . No breakfast, even though it said it was included.

Booked this hotel late as I had a delayed flight. I wish I would have slept under a bench at the airport. My room was dirty and everything was stained. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke, I ended up sleeping with my mask on to help deal with the smell. I would not recommend this hotel. I also ended up spending $108! Due to an error at booking. Spend a little extra and stay at another hotel.
