Great experience here. Clean, comfortable and very pleasant staff. I felt safe here during my stay while traveling alone. Bed linens kind of rough and scratchy but otherwise the bed was good. Did not partake of breakfast but it and the coffee were ready at 6:30 for early morning people like me. Pet friendly but I heard no pet noise while there.

This is a very nice hotel. It looks like everything has recently been remodeled. It was very neat & clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. The only complaint I had was I left a brand new pair of shoes in our room & when I realized it so I called about 5pm & explained the situation & they kept telling me the rooms were not cleaned yet & I should call back. This happened at least 3 times so finally I asked the gentleman on the phone Iif he could just so check our room. We were in room 200 which right next to the elevator & right above the front next. He put me on hold & went up to the room & there they were exactly where I said they were. I dont know what the big deal waa why anyone else couldn't have done that but at least they found them & I will send them a return label & get them back…

I arrived and a woman with long dark haired said she would price match with pricelines online charge which was $56 a night when I signed for my credit card the total was $160 I questioned it she said that included a deposit and it would be refunded back to me I looked at my statement today and on top of $160 charge there is a $50 deposit charge, I called and spoke to the front desk and they told me that she did not do a price match she actually charged me a standard $74 a night and a$50 . deposit, so she lied to me. When I checked in I was emotional and she acted like she was doing me a favor and giving me a cheaper rate and I was impressed with how nice that was of her and here it was fake she lied and had I not checked my statement I would have never known that I was overcharged almost $40, to me that's pretty shady business behavior…

Cheap but clean. It has washer and dryer. It’s not updated but the customer service is good. It’s good for short term stays if you are in a budget. It’s not well insulated hence you can hear people passing and talking on the hallway. The bed was okay, not comfortable.

The bed was comfortable The breakfast was not bad. The shower head was lower I'm fairly tall over 6 ft. I'm surprised that there wasn't a exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also there wasn't a luggage stand to put your luggage on. The remote didn't work well I even tried new batteries. Also there's no TV information at all for the television either printed or on screen.

The hotel is located conveniently next to a major freeway. The entrance is miden and inviting. The room is average but clean. The thing that impressed me most is the hot breakfast and beautiful dining. The food options were like they were pre-Covid. Most other places have used that as a reason to skimp.

This property is right off interstate 35--super easy to find--and close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. We checked in late afternoon. VERY comfy beds and pillows. Room was on the small side but perfect for us! Bathroom is nice enough (super clean) with a shorter shower, but good enough! I used the fitness room--treadmill, bike, elliptical, and no weights or towels. Water dispenser, though. Breakfast--wow--so clean and make-your-own pancakes, the usual carbs except nice real wheat bread for toast. I had this with the scrambled eggs. Also sausage available. Fresh, delicious coffee. Hats off to the 2 ladies keeping the food fresh & hot & and assisting the guests + keeping everything so clean! My only complaint--why have the water & coffee dispenser out by the check-in desk EMPTY late afternoon and 7pm with used stirrers & sugar? Would be nice to have those upon check-in and as you leave at night to go out.…

Clean and Quiet. Front desk was happy to show us a room before we booked. Comfy beds. Carpets still wet from cleaning, but windows were operational and once opened they dried overnight. Breakfast was better than most. Coffee strong😉. Most guests were travelers.

First the good bits. Spacious room which was very clean and good location near I-35W. Good restaurant nearby. However, unfortunately outweighed by defects. In room refreshments had not been replenished. Some coffee but no tea or milk/creamer. The bathroom/toilet door couldn't be closed. I don't mean it wouldn't lock. It wouldn't close! The door is too big for frame. This is obviously not a recent issue. Although we stayed 2 nights, the room was not serviced at all. We don't mind re-making a bed but having seen a notice stating that used towels should be placed on the floor for replacing, having had a long journey we had showers and left the towels as directed. Discovered next night that no one had been and so had to go chasing up towels from reception. Also had to chase up coffee, sugar, milk etc. Although there was a refreshments station on lobby, by afternoon, both days, coffee was cold or empty. When I went for the towels O expressed surprise that no one had been, to be told that they don't do daily servicing. They charged the same daily rate though. I'm unlikely to be in the area again but would recommend hotel to others. …

Our stay has been a very pleasant one. The room is clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal is very good. I really enjoy the free breakfast that comes with our stay, too! The staff have been very friendly, courteous, and helpful during our stay. I especially want to compliment Rebecca for being exceptionally helpful and understanding of our needs when we first booked our room. She made our stay worry-fee and that much more enjoyable!
