Wish we would have checked out here first. Cute little room, with hot tub and gas fireplace. Roof top deck was perfect, saw a sailing race that was going on. Will definitly return, amd bring the family.

The rooms are clean; beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Management and staff bend over backwards to meet your needs. The location is the best; within walking distance to canal park, casino and downtown Duluth. An added bonus is the rooftop deck, with a breathtaking view of Lake Superior. If you are looking for good value for your money, this is...

What a great hotel, the office stay open late for our arrival while holding a parking space for us. The room the cozy, clean, and very quite. The view of Lake Superior was amazing. A number of reaturants and bars within walking distants. Amazingly friendly staff. Cant say enough.

This is an older building, with window air conditioners which work just fine. It's clean, with comfortable beds, nothing fancy, but the price is right. The staff are pleasant and helpful. You can walk to restaurants, theater via the street or take the Lakewalk out to the point or to Canal Park. Nice views of Lake Superior. I would definitely...

Our room was small , but had all we needed for a short stay in Duluth. There was free wi-fi and a mini fridge. The pricewas much less than places in Canal Park, but is a easy walk there via the Lake Walk. Room was clean and quiet. Complimentary sweet rolls and coffee or tea were available for breakfast. The deck...

This is an older hotel property conveniently located, as the names suggests, near Duluth's Lake Walk, Canal Park and downtown Duluth. The inn is within easy walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and a stroll to the aerial bridge should not be missed. Room 303 is spartan but clean. Other rooms that have kitchen facilities, whirlpool tubs, fireplace...

Stayed here one night on way to Minneapolis. I knew this was an older hotel because I last stayed here 41 (!!!) years ago, when I was 11 years old playing in a hockey tournament in town. But yes, for the very reasonable price, this is a great place to stay. Close to everything downtown. The room was in good...

This is a real find. Right downtown, free parking, easy to walk to attractions such as the Fitger complex, Zeitgeist arts center, Lakewalk, and Lake Place. Not fancy digs but just what we needed. The parking lot has been recently resurfaced, doors and walkways freshly painted, and the room was clean. The motel is just a block or two from...

Last minute trip planned to drive up the north shore from Deerwood. Made reservation via phone & was hesitant at first due to the inexpensive price. Glad we took it. Close to everything. Didn't have to move car. Easy parking. Just a short walk to the canal park. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
