Awesome little hotel! It's located just a couple minutes opposite of Canal Park but the hotel is very modern and offers all the amenities you could want. I like staying at this hotel because I am not normally in the room except for sleeping otherwise we are out exploring and enjoying the lake from the trails. The hotel offers nice balconies, pool, sauna, hot tub, a small gym and a small bar so you can go to the hotel and just relax. The rooms and the entire property are all very new, clean and in working order. Staff is always friendly. Another great stay.

My visit here was very enjoyable and would stay here again. Very friendly greeting at check in and check out. Our room was lovely , had a balcony and was very clean. The location was near Canal Park, but very quiet. Breakfast was very good. I don't have a single complaint about this hotel.

I was on a family vacation with my mom. We visited The Mall of America and then drove up to Duluth the next day. I was impressed with the service at this hotel. Before we even arrived my mom received a text message welcoming us and letting us know if we need anything to feel free to reply to their message, She replied asking if we could check in early and received a prompt and quick response saying the room would be ready. My mom booked a harbor view room and let me know you it was awesome waking up every morning to that view! We had room 220 and I recommend if possible to book a room similar to that style and view. It was amazing to see the Coast guard ship out moored in the bay. I went down to grab my mom breakfast and the attendant was very professional and helpful. They also have a neat little shop around the corner from the front desk. I have worked in Hospitality for over 5 years and let me tell you this place amazed me. Do yourself a favor and book here! :)

We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your stay! You really can’t beat those sunset views looking out over the harbor either, we’re so glad you were able to take in the full experience. And with more harbor facing balconies than any other hotel in Duluth, we made sure to take full advantage of it. We're also glad you mentioned our incredibly convenient location, just 4 blocks from Canal Park, which is a fantastic amenity to be sure. Lastlyl, our award-winning team is dedicated to going the extra mile, exceeding expectations at every step, and we are pleased they helped to make your stay exceptional. The next time you’re in town, we’d love to see you again! Until next time, take care and travel safely!

Another guest was issued a key card to our room and entered around 7pm. Very unnerving to say the least. I called the front desk and the gal shrugged it off and laughed. I told her it was not very funny to us. Later she called again and offered a free T-shirt, which we declined. Will not stay there again
