Looks a little rough on the outside but nice on the inside.great location, good breakfast, nice view and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and canal park,easy parking.We had a great view of the city and room was nice size with small kitchen.
Excellent place! There is a lot of history in the building. We had an awesome time! It's within walking distance of the Arial lift bridge and canal park! Many different coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream places as well!
Stopped in for a single night - Saturday in September. We had heard that this renovated industrial building would be a worthwhile place to stay. $240 is at least $100 too high for what was offered.

Love this place, easy check in, reasonable rates, friendly front desk staff, good breakfast, and comfortable rooms! Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants/bars. Comfy beds, though the sheets were a bit worn. Plenty of space, and love the coffee in the rooms.
