This was the only hotel room we could find in town on a saturday night in July and had concert tickets at the Grand Casino. They only had smoking room left and it was terribly smoky and smelly. We are non smokers so was hard to handle the smell. This is a very BASIC hotel and we payed 179.00 a...

We decided to do something different this year for Christmas. We went to the seafood buffet at the casino. This was the only place that had openings. When we checked in the female front desk gal stated they don't have a government discount for government workers. She stated it was for military members only. The other female worker assuming it...

I called last minute for a comp room and this is what was available. I have stayed here before. This property is perfectly fine for an overnight visit to the casino when I am by myself. I checked in at noon and used the pool and hot tub. No one else was around and it was very pleasant. The shuttle...

This is a big motel that we thought would be more expensive than it was ($49 plus tax), possibly because it is linked to the local casino to which a bus runs customers at regular times. It is an older hotel and I am surprised by some of the earlier reviews as our room was sizeable and comfortable, and although...

Stay far away from this dump. Offers for a free room or cheap room are not worth it. Smells like a ashtray and is very outdated and dirty. Free breakfast consists of stale doughnuts and watered down coffee. Dont dare ask fo an extra pillow as they have none and expect you to be happy with the tiny two pillow...

We have stayed two times for the stay and play, one time with our dog. Wednesday 9/3, we stayed. We used the hot tub and then rinsed off in the shower. My husband's suit stayed on the floor of the tub, and in the morning, all the color was out of it. We had sore feet. My husband had a...

Older hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Nothing much for breakfast, some pastries and cereal. Bed was comfortable and everything worked well. Free shuttle to casino every 15 minutes. Bottom Line: Clean and comfortable.

Beds are hard, old linens, worn carpet, just plain old and tired hotel. Not much for breakfast. At least the check in lady was friendly. Only stayed here because I had a $29 room. Would not stay here again.

I stayed there as part of a 10 person photo group, but had my own room, the single supplement for which was $500 for three days. The room was old, beds stiff with a plastic feel to the mattress, and an old style quilted bedspread, the kind nobody uses anymore because it is not easily washed and who knows what...

Sort of the economy end of visiting Grand Casino Hinckley properties. I was surprised on Friday of Memorial Day weekend to find the parking lot somewhat quiet. Pleasantly surprised. Requested a room on 2nd floor and away from pool. Windows actually open and that is NICE. Bedspreads upgraded but probably hand me downs from the casino hotel. New much needed...
