This is the best b&b we have ever visited and is now a regular destination. The food is excellent and the company and welcome are so friendly. Janet and ed really are a very special couple and the dogs are great too!

This is a working farm but the service you get from the owners is second to none. The rooms are light and airy very comfortable and there are no restrictions on how you come and go. There is coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms T.V so you can spend your time there or there is a lovely guest...

Three generations of us (aged from 5 to 63) stayed here over the August Bank Holiday and we all loved it. My granddaughters especially enjoyed playing with the very friendly dogs. Janet and Ed make you feel so welcome and at home and the accommodation is lovely, from the bedrooms to the pond at the bottom of the orchard and...

I love this place! Lovely farm with such character. Absolutely great location in the middle of the countryside and yet still close to village, and Exeter. Breakfast is fantastic and Janet and Ed and brilliant hosts. Can't wait to come and stay again!

Great in every way! Warm welcome with coffee and jam and cream scones! Lovely room. Large, comfy chairs and tv in bedroom and en suite with shower and bath. Had a wonderful nights sleep and woke to a great breakfast - beautifully cooked. Hosts were great - welcoming and very friendly. Hope to visit again.

If you want to stay in a perfect B&B then look no further that Yellingham Farm. It was a picture book farm complete with little red hens, cows and sheep, all within petting distance. Lambs were born on the morning of our stay and it just added to the magic! The breakfast was 5 star, massive choice, cooked to order...

What a great place! Janet must have swallowed a book called "How to run the perfect B & B". I can't think of a single way to improve it. Janet was warm, welcoming and could not have been more lovely. Rooms delightful and breakfast cooked to order, high quality and delish. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Fab stay with very the welcoming Janet, Ed and friendly dogs. Made us feel one of the family, very accommodating. Breakfast was fabulously cooked by Ed and even made us a special early breakfast on the day of filming. Janet met our needs for ice (for cheeky G&Ts). Would recommend whole heartedly.
