Clean. Price that is affordable to me as a retiree. Surprise me to find lift in a 3 storey hotel. Cctv and internet give feel of security and convenience. Staff friendly and helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Malay food, mamak good, Chinese, western food, Japanese food are there to visitors to choose. Grab car easily available.

Nice 2 queen size bed, 4 towels, Big bathroom with bathtub, Got mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea sachect, Although the hotel only 3 storey its got a cute lift for visitor. Friendly staff at counter. Easy excess to sunway carnival, billion supermarket, banks and eateries. Also near to library, birds park etc, I notice parking is convienent and ample. I also notice rapid penang free shuttle stop front road of the hotel. I recommend the hotel nice to stay and comfortable.

The hotel is a very basic,no frill hotel, I have to point out that they don't provide any kind of towel. The bed is single bed, not super single / twin size, so in simple words, their bed is small. The TV is small as well, hardly to enjoy tv session if you lie on the bed, contain few basic channel. Room is small even for Malaysian Standard, room cleanliness is at basic. The only pro, is their location is at superb convenient. Everything is just at walking distance, including a mall. The room wall is absolutely thin, you can hear most of your next room guest conversation in your own room. Toilet size ok, water pressure good, but too bad no curtain. So you wet whole toilet after shower ! I wont recommend this hotel for leisure or family , however is good enough for solo traveller or on business occasion. +1point : They have lift access.& Ample car park space

Had one night stay with my husband, 5 year old kid and 9 months old baby. We stayed in the family room with one queen size bed and one single bed. The room and bathroom were fairly clean. However there were some stains on the bed linen. My boys slept comfortably and there was ample of space for my kid to run about. The aircon was good and the room has fan too. If the room is too cold for the children, the fan is doing fine too. The rate is not expensive given for a family room.
