I stay here for business a few times a month, the manager is wonderful & always looks out for my best interest...even if I show up with short notice...they make my business trips very enjoyable. Large comfortable rooms, nice pool area, central location.

I stay here. I've stayed at this place three other times and each time it is the same experience - no hassles, clean room, friendly staff, nice facilities. It is located a little bit off the main road and that makes it even better, in my opinion, as there is a lot less road noise than other area hotels. Oh,... More

We had a family get together for the weekend. The staff was wonderful! They let us use the breakfast area to enjoy our family time. The were very accommodating to our whole group. I would recommend this hotel to others for family events!

Don't go to this hotel!!! Why?? Her are some reasons..... If you have kids they won't let you play knee hockey or anything with balls. The breakfast sucks!!!!! You have to be in your room at 10!!!!!!! And the ladies are a bunch of cranky people. We tried to rent a room for knee hockey and they said "no no... More

I will never stay here again. Bath tub drains were very slow. Carpet in hall had duct tape. Front desk manager doesn't know how to discuss an issue, apparently she only knows how to yell. They asked our kids to stop playing in the conf room, but instead of asking the parents, they got really upset! I stopped at the... More

We always stay in Americinn Hotels whenever we can. They are consistent no matter the location. They have everything we need and the value is great. On this trip to Marshall, we got to the hotel at 9:00 and the kids wanted to swim. My youngest realized he forgot to pack a swim suit and was DEVISTATED! The kind lady... More

AmericInn in Marshall, MN exceeded our expectations for our hotel stay. The suite we stayed in was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and understanding when our 8 month old got sick. We needed an extra clean and they did so without complaint. They also allowed to check out much later than we were suppose to.... More

Great place to stay with hockey team. Bath drain was plugged. Everything else about the hotel was fine. Breakfast area is a little small but had overflow. The breakfast was good. IT HAD BACON! I would stay again.

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. Bed was fabulous and rooms spacious. The bathroom had a few cosmetic issues but nothing serious. Biggest problem is my room had little to no Wi-Fi and I had to bring my laptop and telephone to the lobby to do any work. Very Frustrating, so make sure you don't get an end... More

The "accessible" rooms in this hotel are poorly designed. Nothing has been updated since they opened. There isn't sufficient room between the beds or the beds and the walls to move in a wheelchair. The front facing of the bathroom vanity prevents a wheelchair user from rolling up to the sink for access. The doors to the rooms have returns... More
