My wife and I stayed here during an annual conference I attend. As HHonors members we got a room on the 19th floor and it was nice. We had breakfast each morning at the Ten 01 Social Breakfast and it was a very nice buffet with a wide variety of meats, fruits, breads and scrambled eggs and potatoes. My wife had to ask for cinnamon for her oatmeal but enjoyed it after some was found. Their OJ is very good and the coffee as well. A bit pricey at $25 for the buffet. On Monday there was no buffet only ordering off the menu. Friendly staff although you had to find someone most mornings to be seated. Two luncheons were provided and it was typical chicken entree -- pretty standard fare although the iced teas was peach flavored. Nice meeting spaces. Ten 01 Market is not really a convenience store and primarily a Starbucks location. Very friendly bar -- we actually had a burger there and drinks after the Twins game. Matt was most accommodating!

Hotel's Favourite
Came to Minneapolis as a get away to explore, as we have never been before. Was looking for a centrally located hotel downtown. Well the Hilton was a perfect choice. From the ease of the app for checking in and amazing customer service & kindness from Kellie and Kristin (to help make our time away even more special), I think we found our new MSP go to! Thank you ladies for the upgrade to a junior suite! It was huge! But the best part was that it was silent! We were able to sleep in and you never heard a sound! Everything in the hotel was spotless. The rugs freshly vacuumed, all survives sanitized, they were even washing windows multiple times a day. .The bar area was open and the food was very good and drink was great. Excellent service as well. Hotel is located just a a quick walk from everything we wanted to visit. In a very safe section of town as well. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay! Thank you Hilton for providing a safe and amazing experience! We will be back!

This was my first time staying at the Hilton Minneapolis for at least two years. The room was clean, but with staffing issues, daily room cleaning is not a thing anymore I guess. No worries, I usually don’t have my room cleaned when I’m just staying a couple nights. I want to say that the gentlemen that were working in the coffee shop in the morning were very friendly and the front desk staff were courteous. The food service staff for the group lunches were so friendly and service oriented. The food on the buffets was fresh and hot. They have changed the menus for the buffets with lots of fresh healthy options which is nice. The bar was not busy and the server could have been more attentive given the lack of customers there were to serve but she was friendly. Overall a nice stay.

This hotel is a fine example of a four star that should have been downgraded to a three star hotel a long time ago. Past its prime, not so great service, and filthy. The front desk staff were not very friendly or engaged upon check-in. Bar area was infested with flies, so a definite no in terms of having dinner there. Room was beyond filthy. My shower/bathtub included a used bar of soap from the previous guest plus all the shampoos/conditioners they used. The cloth shower curtain was disgusting. It appeared as if the previous guest cleared their nose out in the shower, with the bulk of it landing on the white, cloth shower curtain. There was hair and dust all over everything. The trashcan liners were left off to the side of the trashcans, which was weird. Maybe I was supposed to put them in the trashcans myself? Hilton Minneapolis advertises that they have an Executive Lounge but stated it was closed due to COVID once I arrived. Odd since all the other Hiltons I’ve been staying at are operating just fine. Those Hiltons are even cleaning rooms between guests during a pandemic, too! All in all, just not good.
