My husband and I traveled to the Twin Cities this past weekend to take in a Twins game and we stayed at the Westin Minneapolis for the first time! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite which was an absolutely beautiful room! The room had a separate living room area, large bathroom and separate bedroom with king-size bed. The... More

I booked this property site unseen on Priceline. Mind you, $60 doesn't get you much anywhere, so to get a 4 star, 4 AAA diamond hotel for $60 (plus the $34 valet parking) in downtown Minneapolis is a DEAL!!! So for $60, yes our stay was totally worthwhile. Such a beautiful building with a lot of gorgeous architecture and upscale... More

Dear Westin Guest, Thank you for your feedback on your experience while staying at the Westin. Please accept my personal apology for your disappointment as our goal is to ensure all guests are treated the same and offered the Westin Experience regardless of how the reservation was made. I have shared your review with the hotels management team and we... More

We recently stayed here for the Supercross race. We booked through priceline and got a much lower rate than advertised! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to check out the pool but the rest of the hotel was clean. The rooms were a little small but comfotrable. Nice TVs, awesome shower, and comfy bed. All... More

Ideally located, the Westin Minneapolis is housed in an old Savings Bank which makes for a grand lobby and unique features. Quiet, clean and well appointed, this is a great hotel for business or leisure. The food here is excellent as well and the service was top notch. The internet was spotty and at times the wireless connection did not... More

This hotel serves its purpose and has the usual good quality of Westin hotels. Renovated showers and good beds. The rooms can be small and strangely configured. For example, my sink was in the room itself next to the bed, rather than in the bathroom. Also the gym is lacking any real equipment.

I was in Minneapolis for business last month and arrived a day earlier than scheduled so I thought I would try my luck with Priceline on a four-star hotel in Minneapolis. As a starting bid, I offered to pay less than half the price of a regular standard room rate. To my surprise, The Westin accepted my bid. So here... More

Dear Westin Guest; Please accept my sincere apology for the unfortunate experience you encountered with room due to the noise from other hotel guests during your recent stay with us. Unfortunately due to the behavior of others we failed to offer you the experience you expect at Westin. Thank you for your kind words regarding our night staff that you... More

We recently had a wonderful Priceline booking with the Minneapolis Westin. We stayed just one night and came in on a Sunday, so downtown Minneapolis was very quiet! Our room was terrific. We loved the comfortable linens and bed and bathroom shower. The only issue we had was with the heating system. The room had it's own thermostat, but the... More

I had a nice stay at The Westin over the weekend and especially enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of valet parker, Josh. : ) Not everyone enjoys their job and you can oftentimes sense that. When someone in the service industry is pleasant, it's worth noting. Also, the Westin beds are worth the stay alone. I enjoyed the ambiance of... More

We got an incredible deal for our nights stay by using 'Hotel Tonight' mobile app. From the front door to the desk - the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. If you are staying in downtown - this is the place to stay - a lot to do w/in walking distance of the hotel. It cost 34 bucks to have... More

I booked a room through the Priceline name your own deal tool, so I didn't know until after booking the room that it would be at The Westin Minneapolis. My entire experience at the Westin was enjoyable. Even though I arrived at midnight and no one was standing outside to take my car to valet parking, a sign on the... More
