This property was great! I stayed with my partner and a friend for a weekend visit. The front desk staff was very friendly the whole stay. The rooms were classy and spacious and I loved the smart TV in the room. The pool was well kept and very nice, although I'd love if

This is a nice place to stay for a night or two. A brisk walk to the stadium over the river and a nice bistro/bar (Starbucks) to meet up with friends. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the city. Wifi was good and staff friendly

Great location to access the University. Stayed the weekend of the 1st snow fall & being from So Cal, I'm not use to that weather but the walk across the river was not a problem. Places across the street to eat & drink. Room had a great view of the city, but the TV was not

When you get a suite in a hotel, I'd expect that there would be at least some drinking glasses in the room. We had none, no glasses of either glass or plastic. When you reserve your suite for 4 people, I'd expect more than 3 bath towels. I'd certainly expect better from a

Dear Terrell, Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations in some of the areas of your stay. Having adequate supplies in your guest room is a standard we abide with, and we are sincerely sorry if we missed that. As a teachable moment, we have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place to prevent the same issues from occurring in the future. Once again, thank you for your valued feedback and we hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Minneapolis. Richard Philippides

The only reason this hotel did not get 5 stars is we had to screw around with getting out of the parking garage after paying the hotel. The garage also wanted payment as the hotel had not forwarded the payment yet. Kind of a fiasco but the rest of the stay was beautiful, clean

It is an easy walk to the stadium?
I honestly didn't even know there was a stadium nearby. I was there for business.

Can I take my 6 pound pug and leave it in the hotel, while we visit the mall
Sorry, but I have no knowledge of the hotel's pet policies. Your best bet would be to call the hotel directly and ask the staff. Good luck.

Hello Tammie - Thank you for your inquiry. TCF Bank Stadium is less than two miles from the Courtyard. Some walk but most take the light rail which is only steps out our front door and is reasonably priced at a couple of dollars. We do offer a courtesy shuttle but during busy events like Luke Bryan the wait can be long due to high demand and traffic. A taxi will run about $8-$10. Hope to see you in June. Thank you, Phil Johnson - GM

Hi Pam - Thank you for considering the Courtyard for your upcoming trip to Minneapolis. We are certainly a great choice for those that are visiting the UMN as we reside on the campuses West Bank. Parking is not owned by the hotel but is available and comes at a cost of $17 per night with unlimited in/out access. I feel downtown Minneapolis is pretty easy to navigate around but like any unknown city you may find some areas a little tricky. Jones Hall is about 1.2 miles from the hotel - so I would definitely consider driving this time of year. We do offer complimentary transportation to the University which is first come first serve - so you will want to prepare accordingly. We hope to see you soon. Phil Johnson - GM
