I was here for a conference and everything was great. The room was plain but clean. I didn't care for the super soft pillows, I needed two to sleep. Just one ended up being very flat. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. The event itself was ran very well. The only reason I docked a star is the WiFi....

Stayed here one night because we were seeing a show in town. Because of our gold level status got moved to a corner room with all windows. The view was AMAZING! Bed was amazingly comfortable. Great night sleep! Excellent customer service. Will stay again next time.

Large suites fantastic gym and great location - not much more to say. Fun bar for the evenings too. Breakfast service was slow and a bit surly but overall a good quality Marriott. Check in is on the 5 floor and the rooms are down a multiple of corridors which can get confusing

We stayed over the weekend in January 2017. We had a corner room on the sixteenth floor. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The furnishings were a little dated, but in general we had no complaint. We had access to the concierge lounge. On our first evening, we went to the concierge lounge around 6pm for a snack...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Marriott City Center and we had a fantastic time. After a long holiday season, my wife and I needed a short break. Other than the parking situation being a bit crazy, everything was great. The bar staff in particular, Tyler and Catherine were beyond accommodating. They both remembered your names, drinks and...

We stayed here New Years Eve weekend, in a nice corner suite. The room was clean and quiet other than the city sounds that cannot really be avoided in this neighborhood. We were within easy walking distance to our chosen restaurants. I would recommend this hotel. Our only complaint was that the staff was unable to figure out how to...

The set up of this location is exceptional from the access to the skyways right from the hotel, to the lobby to their bar to even the rooms. The place is perfect for business travel especially in the winter. Concierge lounge has an awesome breakfast and staff is nice and eager to help and please. Have a car parked? Be...

On an evening before a group meeting I was trying to set up for an early start, called the operator and they instructed me to meet them in 5 minutes on the meeting room floor. Packed up all my stuff, guess what, can't get on that floor after riding the elevator up and down. Went to front desk where a...
