I recently stayed at the Millennium MPLS this past week. Anita at the front desk was an awesome host. Check in was a breeze. Thanks Anita for your great service, and going above and beyond for making my stay enjoyable. I really appreciate it.

There are only two check in stations at the front desk. So, the check in and out procedure was slow. The rooms were OK. The closet was small and tucked behind the bed making access difficult. The bathroom was small. We had trouble keeping the room warm enough. The outside temperature was negative 18 degrees. I was surprised there was...

Stayed here recently while in town visiting family. Great room and amenities and Anita at the front desk was very helpful! Consider staying on the club level for free breakfast and complimentary appetizers in the evening.

Woke up to the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Everyone was told to leave the building. Temps outside were very cold. Spent around 2 hours unable to use our rooms. The hotel didn't offer an alternative place to congregate, hot coffee, blankets, etc. We were still billed the full price for our room for that...

Dear Kathywillerton, I would like to apologize for your recent experience at our hotel. Even though it was a false alarm we are glad that the life safety equipment did work and would have kept everyone safe. However, I can understand how inconvient this was to your stay. I understand that you are a very busy person, but if you...

We stayed two nights here in December. The location is fantastic; the hotel is connected to the Skyway which was very helpful in the extremely cold temperatures! The rooms were comfortable, though not spectacular. I found the restaurant and bar to be wildly overpriced, but there are plenty of fantastic places within walking distance. The staff was friendly and competent....

Stayed at the Millennium while attending a conference held at the Hyatt across the street. Rooms were more affordable at the Millennium and the two are connected by a skyway, so it's a great deal. Pluses: room was neat and tidy, fitness room was solid, pool looked ok (didn't use it), cardio equipment was in good shape, hotel has had...

Dear Aud L, Thank you for reviewing our hotel on Trip Advisor. I want to apologize that the times we advertise were not the actual times the bar was open. I can understand how disappointing it would be to drive threw an ice storm and was unable to relax with a drink at our bar. I will bring this up...

Anita (the front desk manager) took great care to make sure our stay for our honeymoon was perfect. When I called to confirm our room, she graciously upgraded us to an amazing room with a view and helped me plan surprises for our stay. She personally set up the room and escorted us and our luggage upon arrival (they allowed...

I booked a hotel room for a friend's birthday, and was greatly disappointed when I found out there was no continental breakfast OR free wi-fi like advertised! It was a big let-down for both of us. The hotel wanted to charge us money to use their wi-fi. Both me and my friend were unhappy that we were mislead about the...

Dear Isabella-S-44 Thank you for staying at the Millennium Hotel Minneapolis. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations during your recent stay with us. We do have a full service restaurant that serves breakfast until 11am, however I am not sure about a continental breakfast option. However, I would be more than happy to speak to you about...

A lucky find on rates at the Millennium website landed me at the hotel for Thanksgiving and the day prior. There were three of us looking to share one room and we were able to book a Club Level double bed room. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated us with snacks each day because the Club Lounge...

I stopped by late one evening with a reservation 50% booked as my phone had just died in the midst of reserving. Shondrea, at the front desk, was simply incredible in how she received me, made me feel comfortable, and made sure I had completed my reservation by giving me a computer to access my Hotels.com account. Won't forget how...
