    We visited on Friday, October 7, 2016. We have an annual pass for all Minnesota state parks. This park offers fantastic views of the Mississippi River and Lake Pepin. This is a quiet an peaceful place. Worth the drive.

    We went to the park twenty years ago and decided to revisit for a long weekend. We were camping with two small children and seven adults. The hiking trails are very treacherous and not at all kid friendly. It was very dangerous....I don't understand why...More
