Room was nice and big! Workers friendly but not overly. Steps going up to 2nd and 3rd floor look sad not carpet on them but they have slip strips on them. Cont. breakfast was bad. The rolls tasted day old and only that and orange juice. Would I stay there again? yes

A basic economical stop. Friendly staff. Room older but clean. Beds firm but very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is in a very small area (right where you check-in), but the little cinnamon rolls were good and it met the need. All in all we got what we paid for so no complaints.

First time staying at the Red Carpet Inn. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, quiet, and affordable. They also had a shuttle back and forth to Mayo which made our stay stress free.

Myself and brothers stayed here as a base for our deer hunting east of Rochester. Slept okay, rooms were quiet, front desk was friendly and helpful. The actual motel has seen much better days - veneer peeling off doors, water leaks from toilet tank (thankfully not urine) in two of our three rooms. Rust in the corner of the tub,...

The rooms are worn out and old. The doors are peeling. There is a musty smell in the room. We asked for an extra bed or roll but were told that they are not available. In the room which has two queen beds there were only two towels and we had to go all the way to the office to...

First off, if you cannot "do" stairs, make sure you request as such as there is no elevator. I will admit that I was concerned reading some reviews and based on a previous visit to different hotel years ago, and I can safely say we were VERY happy to stay here. Very friendly people working there, VERY clean ( and...

This is probably the nastiest place Ive walked in. You can go down the street and pay a few dollars more and stay in a better room. It was so hot you couldnt stand it and the air was a horrible excuse for an air conditioner. The room smelled horrible. The room was a lot smaller than i imagined from...

Wwhen I stayed here I ended up having to come in at midnight for a check in. is must be a family owned business because the person had to be woke up from the back. I was not able to get the person's name they seem to speak little English and did not wear a name tag. I could not...

It's old but seems clean, foreign owners but very nice people. Tried this because the other motels are raising prices and taking advantage of people with already high medical bills. I may come back because it seems they are trying to make improvements' as money allows. Just wish the owner would read more of the reviews and respond. they have...
