We had a one-bedroom suite, which can be found at most Residence Inns. The room is very dependable in its comfort and amenities. The bed was excellent; room quite quiet, even though we faced Center St. Proximity to Mayo Clinic is a 2 block walk. Many restaurants within a few blocks walking distance. The desk staff was very helpful.

Room and all plumbing, Air-conditioning, appliances worked well. If you have stayed at residence Inn before, you may already know that there isn't any actual venting of cooking fumes from the microwave or stovetop to the outdoors. The staff were friendly and effective. If you are staying for a course getting held at the Mayo Civic Center, it is about...

We stayed overnight for a family event. Had a great LARGE room which was very comfortable. The price was great, easy walking distance to many downtown places, and they gave us a late check out which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband had a number of days appointments at The Mayo Clinic, this hotel is connected to the clinic buildings by a tunnel. We requested a one bedroom suite, but there was only a two bedroom available, so we took that. We like having a suite because they have a kitchen and we make some of our meals. There was...

This hotel is clean. Front desk is excellent and caring people. The morning breakfast is good. Don't count on the afternoon get together, food was bad and on Wednesday there was not any food out. It is connected to mayo clinic, therefore it's a quick trip and you do not have to go outside in the cold or the rain.

Hotel is centrally located, rooms are large with full kitchen. They are clean ,well maintained and staff is super-friendly! Robert at the reception is a professional sweetheart, taking care of everybody' s needs! They have an exercise room with windows, which isn't the standard. Breakfast buffet is nice with fresh fruit, greek joghurt and there is even one sort of...

Rooms are Clean and Comfortable. Staff is friendly and supportive of all types of needs. Prior trip recommendation for subway vestibule was implemented and and it remedied a Mayo Clinic facility services problem. It is indicative of the care the staff puts in reading feedback and reviews. Rebecca is getting a shout out for overall customer service recognition.

Like most people said this hotel is nice and clean and staff, Cody, Steven and Richard are nice. Everyday we walked through the subway to Mayo Clinic and once we also took Mayo's wheelchair to the hotel. Someone already mentioned about Wallmart 's free shuttle which is nice, the store is stocked with most grocery item that we need. Just...

We were at the Residence Inn for 5 nights. It was a suite that had a full kitchen and small living area. There was a fireplace in the corner and flat screen TV. The bedrooms were on either side of the centrally located kitchen and living area. Each bedroom had a queen size bed, flat screen TV and full private...

This hotel has a ton of good reviews so I won't take the time to repeat what has been said except to say they are all true. What I will add is this: if you are visiting in inclimate weather, pay the $20 a day to park in their garage. Wow, is it convenient! Even their outdoor parking is not...
