This was my third visit to Mayo clinic, after staying in another horrible place in Rochester for two days, We moved to residence inn Marriot and we loved it. Excellent location to Mayo clinic, super clean, friendly staff, convenient parking, good breakfast. My average length of stay there is 6 weeks and every visit proved the same excellent reliable facility....

Stayed here 10 nights, 2 - 2 bedroom suites for 5 adults and a baby. The suites were perfect for us. The staff of this hotel must be commended in the highest terms. Every single person was as helpful and as friendly and as compassionate as can be imagined during our toughest days. Specifically want to send a shout-out to...

The good: excellent location, connected to Mayo Clinic by an underground walking tunnel (or "subway), large rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff The bad: although the rooms are decent sized suites, with full kitchens, most rooms only have queen sized beds, which are pretty small for two adults. The alternate is the dreaded fold out "sofa bed" which is extremely uncomfortable....

My husband and I stayed for a week here and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The staff here is very professional and helpful. They made our difficult time at the clinic ( looking for diagnosis) so much more manageable. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly with a sincere attitude of helpfulness. Each room is a suite...

Stayed here for two nights and found the hotel well maintained, very convenient for Mayo campus visits, with large rooms and great staff. This is a business stay kind of place and rooms have both a bedroom and tv/work room with kitchenette. Kitchenette had a two burner cooktop, full size dishwasher and refridge, and a large sink and microwave. China,...

I have stayed at this facility since it opened I about 2004 or 2005. The absolutely best thing is the staff. This particular visit had one stand out-Alex! He was there when I checked in Sunday night and had a lot going on but managed everything nicely and found a couple apples to hold me over until the next day....

It has been several years since I last stayed and reviewed this property. It has undergone a renovation (about two years ago) since my last stay and it certainly shows. It was fine before, but an even better property today. A clean place is my number one priority. Clean always wins hands down for me when I travel. The room...

Nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast, good size rooms and very friendly staff. Very close to Mayo clinic. 4 minute walk. Stay in the room facing the north or the parking lot. Ones facing the street are quite loud, with a school across the street, church bells and regular street noise. Otherwise great hotel.

I've stayed in a number of Residence Inns over the past few years. This property is one of the nicest that I've experienced. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I was especially impressed with Alex. He checked us in and remembered our name the next day. He was also very enthusiastic and helpful. The kind of person that is...
