I wish to commend Frontdesk Supervisor Mandy for her exceptional, smart, and thoughtful service. I needed a private space for a brief meeting and had barely walked into the lobby area to assess possible options, when Mandy greeted me warmly and offered to be of assistance. She listened to me and the particular parameters with which I had to work,...

With this hotel being near Mayo Clinic I know that is why the price is higher ...BUT ....I still expected better than average. You are mostly dealing with people with medical issues and the hotel experience should be above and beyond. We arrive on a morning flight and went to the hotel before check in time they were very nice...

Unfortunately, I have had to stay at this property two times since my review back in May. My review then was based on one stay that was good and the staff was accommodating - they had to move my room because it smelled like smoke and they did it quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the last 2 times I've stayed, things...

Superb staff, and lovely rooms. A real plus is being right across the street from Mayo clinic. Also a wonderful outdoor patio restaurant. I cannot say enough nice things about their exceptional staff. Everyone goes beyond the standard and with a lot of Minnesota nice attitude. Will stay again!

Location does not get any better. Convenient to all Rochester has to offer from shopping, dining, nightlife, and medical facilities. Staff was exceptional no matter where we were. Concierge, front desk, bar, housekeeping all did their part in welcoming you to the property. Parking if you don't use valet can be a pain to walk to and from. Great pool...

We were upgraded to the Concierge level without requesting it, very nice touch! We paid our reservation rate and I was impressed by this courtesy. If you stay in the facility and want to pay a little more, I would highly recommend the Concierge Level. You will always have a clean room, friendly staff and the location can't be beat!

My husband and I had an excellent stay at the Marriott last night. The staff was friendly and very eager to make our stay pleasant. When he learned it was our anniversary, the young man at the check in desk gave us access to the concierge lounge which provided us with a lovely free breakfast this morning. Eggs, breakfast meats,...

Stayed at this hotel before and a week following surgery at the Mayo Clinic. Absolutely everything having to do with our stay was to be commended. Room was clean and well appointed, food was excellent and staff was beyond compare. They obviously are well equipped to handle Mayo patients and do so with ease, anticipating our needs to a "T".

We stayed here for a conference being held at the neighboring Kahler hotel and Mayo Clinic. Very convenient, everything is connected with tunnels, etc. Clean and updated. Your typical Marriott. We heard the rooms were better than the older Kahler if you have a choice of where to stay.

Check out the peep hole in the door. Room 508. More like a peen hole at that level. I'm not a tall guy, but what gives? Recently "renovated" rooms, but they jacked the price up over one hundred dollars a night from previous rate, to pay for new wallpaper. It's not that nice, I will stay at double tree next...
