The camp sites are very close to one another. The lakeside sites have better access to the lake but only few has better view. The firepalce has no grill over it and varies in size with respect to sites. To summarize, it is pet friend,ly...More
We stayed at Lamb's resort to make a weekend out of the Lutsen 99er Mountain bike race. We stayed in a tent right by Lake Superior. The view was breathtaking. Our family loved the campgrounds. The staff does an amazing job at keeping the facilities...More

Yes, they do allow dogs. I actual brought two, black lab and a German wire haired pointer. this is an excellent place. Beautiful beach and great location, you are close to everything. Might I suggest eating at Lockport- in Lutsen - great breakfast or anytime. Grand Marais is also a dog friendly town if you venture up there for a day trip. Also highly suggest hiking the temperance river trail! Sit on the deck and enjoy a beer at the Temperance Liquor store and listen to the locals, with the dog of course- take the dog in the liquor store for a pop or other beverage and get a dog treat! Have fun...I'll be further north of Grand Marais next week and can't wait that area is good for the soul, enjoy
